Life / Millennials even worse than baby-boomers? [60]

Holy f!ckin sh!tballs!... some dead Jewish dude

If you are out of the reach of Polish jurisprudence, you'd better stay there for your own good. §196 of the Polish Penal Code makes the publicly offending people's religious sensibilities an offence piunishable by up to two years in prison. The Polish authorities would probably not request extradition of such a scumbag!

Serbian

I never knew there were pejroative nicknames for Serbs but wikipedia lists:
Vlachs (vlasi),[70] in Croatia and Bosnia.
Chetniks (četnici), in Croatia and Bosnia.[71]
Shkije or Shki, by Albanians.[72][73]

Wikipedia also states that throughout history Serbs have portrayed themselves as victimsof external forces:

The description of Serbophobia has been controversial, as some sources state it runs contrary to the facts.[76] Some controversy with the term purportedly corresponds to its interplay with perceived historical revisionism practiced by the government of Slobodan Milošević in the 1990s and its later apologists, and the contention that Serbian writers constructed the "myth of Serbophobia," as "an anti-Semitism for Serbs, making them victims throughout history."[77] According to MacDonald, in the 1980s Serbs increasingly began to compare themselves to Jews as fellow victims in world history, which involved tragedising historic events, from the 1389 Battle of Kosovo to the 1974 Yugoslav Constitution, as every aspect of history was seen as yet another example of persecution and victimisation of Serbs at the hands of external negative forces.[78]

dreams about Greater Albania

Is that worse than dreams of Greater Serbia? European countries should be delineated roughly along today's ethnic lines when disputes occur. An area that is 90% one thing should belong to the country of that ethnicity. Tell us, Crow, what future would you see for a 90% Albanian Kosovo under Serbian rule? It would be a constant source of trouble, guerrilla warfare, terrorist attacks, a mini-Middle East in Europe. It would cost loads to police and control and be a big drain on the Serbian economy. And what for? For prestige? For a larger map of Serbia?

at a time when

That tricky little linking phrase "at a time when" was to intended to incrimiante an individual by equating him with what one section of an institution did. But now you hopefully have realised that you're the only one of some 38 million people in Poland still banging on obout this obscure and unprovable point. It took some time for this to sink in, but better late then never. GO AND SIN NO MORE!

Are we all ready for war?

NO, and only if EVERY COUNTRY INCLUDING SERBIA is willing to compromise and sacrifice can we avoid war. Poland and Germany are good examples. I believe Hungary lost some territory to Romania, but they are not making a fuss about it. In practical terms, what good to Serbia is a powderkeg province like Kosovo that is 90% Albanian hated by Serbs? There can never be an Intermarum if every country is going to obsessively insist of reclaiming the territory it had during its golden age. There just is't enough land for that to go round!

annul its Kosovo recognition

Serbia should annul it claims to Kosovo. By perpetuating those historical and hystericał obsessions (the mediaeval Battle of of Kosovo etc.) Serbia may well throw a spanner into the works and derail what could become your dream of Intermarum. Kosovo is 90% Albanian and will never be anything else -- maybe 95% Albanian becuase they've got a higher birth rate. Give up your grandiose dreams of a Greater Serbia. That is now history. Other countries have made surpeme sacrifices like Poland which does not lay claim to the Lwów region, nor does Germany plan to reclaim Breslau.

Here is a unique opportiuntiy for renegade Serbia to finally cease being a rogue state and join what could be a sizable Central East European bloc within the EU. Petty Serbian chauvinism can bring those plans to naught!

The foreign ministers of the Višegrad Group - Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic - met EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini to discuss challenges faced by the European Union.

At a press conference following the meeting, the ministers said that they supported the EU aspirations of six western Balkan countries - Montenegro, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kosovo.

"The process of European integration contributes to the security and development of the whole continent," said Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczykowski.

at a time when

But he did not actually prosecute anyone himself, did he? Why not? So his brother got rejected but he was accepted, so why didn't his career take off? Why did he join people like Macierewicz who set up the KOR dissident group to defend and assist persecuted workers? And that was back when nobody seriously even envisaged that communism would collapse and the USSR would be dissolved.

Above all, why is HB the only person in all of Poland banging on about this when none of his most virulent opponents riase such issues?

prosecute dissidents

Why isn't that creepy Kijowski or the shadowy Petru or nervously false-smiling Schetnya beating PiS over the head with this. Is HB truly the only person in Poland privy to these "secrets" which he made up himself through malicous insinuations?

Makes one wonder? Megalomania? Arrogance? Or just plain HB?

wasn't judged to be suitable

On what grounds? Not a PZPR member? Known for his family's AK background?
You are still repeating the lie thast he volunteered "TO PROSECUTE DISSIDENTS". In reality he applied for a traineeship/apprenticeship/internship or whatever they call it with the proseuctor's offoice. That much we know. No more, no less. The malicious overintepretations and insinuations are all the figments of HB's sick imagination.

Chairman Kaczynski was accepted by the department

So why didn't he start working there? Your bomabstic nitpicking and clutching at straws for the purpose of PiS-bashing may impress the few unenlightened posters who don't follow Polish affairs that closely. But the ultimate proof that your off-the-wall argument only proves the accuracy of your HB nickname is this. The frustrated, ranting, fuming and foaming-at-the-mouth "total oppositon" never misses an opportunity to deride or discredit Kaczyński and PiS, often with the most outrageous of charges. But no-one except HB has harped on this one obscure, minor point over and over over and over...

If it contained but the tiniest shred of truth, everyone knows they would have used it to the hilt. Unless, as the consummate know-all, HB claims to know something the whole oppositon do not?! One shouldn't put it past him. On zawsze wie lepiej!

grave robbers

Through his sick, skewed and villifying rhetoric HB is known for turning both positive or neutral developments into something evil afd ugly sounding. You are clearly following in the footsteps of your new guru.

Since this affects someone else, in typical non-empathetic HB fashion you seem insensitive to the pain and desperation of loved ones dismayed at the pseudo-autopsies carried out by the Rooskies in 2010, by the misplaced body parts and extraneous matter (such as cigarette butts) found in some of the coffins.

PiSlamic

So why didn't Jarosław land the apprenticeship?
If the book was written in cooperation with Kaczyński, that's all the more reason to believe he had nothing to hide. If he had thought of his activities the way you have twisted them, he would not have agreed to even as much as was written, knowing how the "total opposition" would have a heyday with it.

interfering in government policy

Can you cite the constitional passage or piece of legislation that orders winning parties how to run things or whom to consult in the pursuit of government affairs? Is there an aricle in the penal code limitng which MP has more or less input? Normally in any institution, company, organisation or government, wise managers listen to those who excel in their field, and K is known as a master strategist even to his mortal enemies.

public prosecutor, to prosecute 'criminals'

That's what prosecutors do -- they prosecute criminals. That's a huge stretch of HB's sick imagination to bend that into "volunteering to prosecute dissdients". BTW did you ever wonder why they were turned down?

Besides, anyone can write a book. There are numerous books saying Wałęsa was a secret police snitch. Does that automaticlaly make it true?
The benefit of this exercise is that it further exposes and sheds even more light on HB's MO. A single remark out of a unverified source is twisted and expanded to fit his own political bias, and he's got the cheek to call that proof. Maybe some gullible dupes will actually believe him like his lower-case sidekick and head-over-heels admirer. But it is highly doubtful whetehr the latter's got too many more emulators on the forum. Most have seen through him long ago.

No matter how many times you repeat that bit of nonsense, you have yet to provide a facismile of the incriminating document or any other credible source. So it's only HB spouting off half-cocked again with more of his trademark hearsay and innunedo.

How is it no-one recalls you ever saying Cat Kijowski, Catty Gronkowiec or Cat Tusk? Or calling the PO by its more appropriate title: Scamster Platform? Also you never referred to SB informer psuedo Liwin as Komoruski nor to Stasi paid informer Tusk as Oskar.

Apparently such hypocrisy is all one can expect from HB.

Proivde a document signed by Kaczyński saiyng: "I hereby volutneeer to prosecutre dissidents." Maybe then some on PF will believe you. Until then: STUL PYSK!

unelected party leader

One can see you're bidding for the title of Liar Laureate 2, vice-Liar Laureate or Liar Laureate , jr (right now the original LL is probably thinking: "How dare he intrude on my domain? No-one lies better than me!").

Kaczyński was duly elected to the Sejm and holds the title of MP. Even his most
venomous detractors do not question that fact, but you do?!

volunteered to prosecute dissidents during the commie era

Only HB would be asinine and cheeky enough to compare somone who allegedly volunteered to do something but never did to those whose daily bread and butter was persecuting patriotic Poles whose only "crime" was wanting Poland to be free.

PF's Liar Laureate once again reveals his shady MO: someone applied for an apprenticeship in an institution dealing with a multitude of cases. That much may be true. But judging that most PF-ers don't know details of the PRL's workings, LL glosses over the fact that in politically sensitive and/or controversial cases -- and prosecuting the reigme's poltical enemies was certainly such a situation -- only the most committed and trusted PZPR members were assigned. No matter how much he twists, squirms and manipulates, even the LL is incapable of fitting J. Kaczyński into that slot.

Merged: Red "Gestapo" will no longer be rewarded with fat-cat pensions

Keeping yet another election pledge, the government have accepted a draft law to trim the fat-cat pensions of former commie-era secret political police (SB) down to the average level. For over a quarter of a century they had received old-age and disabiltiy benefits many times higher than those of the ordinary Poles they had beaten, jailed, harassed, tortured or otherwise persecuted in the service of the Soviet-imposed regime. "Justice has finally been done," PM Szydło told a congress of the Solidarity trade union. Predictably ex-commie leader Czarzasty charged that the Polish government was penalising, as he euphemistically phrased it, "the uniformed services". But SB agents routinely wore plainclothes so as to more sneakily stalk and capture their prey: patriotic Poles.
