You are adding meaningless words nobody used before. Soviets were never nice. They were Soviets. Were the Americans nice in Korea, Vietnam, and Iraq? The word stupid comes to mind faster than nice.

The Warsaw Uprising was the dumbest thing ever and was meant as an anti-Soviet move. How many Poles had to die for a political objective of having a government in place when the Soviet tanks were expected to roll through Warsaw? I almost did but luckily ended up in a camp in Hamburg unhurt. Lucky me.

You have got to be kidding. "Significant" in the context of the billions spent by the US and the millions of dead Russians? What are the numbers that make AK "significant"? I read somewhere that just to liberate Kolobrzeg, the Soviet losses were close to 100,000, but I could be wrong. I wasn't there to see.

Russia have its national Church. Poland should also have its national Church. In case of Poland that`ll be Polish Catholic Church.

You were doing fine until the last two words. "Catholic" means Vatican, the last place on earth I would go for advise, directives or commands. A cesspool of kid-raping fags and Marxist idiots like the current pope will not be able to deliver any of that because they have no clue how to manage their own house. They are merely in business of lying to the gullible masses about miracles and crap like this and collect a lot money in the process. Lately, they need it badly to shut up the victims and for lawyers.

I never claimed that the Soviets were allies. They were the enemy of my enemy and, therefore, helpful. Big difference.
Allies or not, by D-Day, the war was over and it was so thanks to the Soviets who had no choice but to fight it. The American war with the Japs was purely elective and, thus, totally avoidable since no liberation of "America" was at stake, as it was with the USSR. To see all the Americans killed "liberating" some God-forsaken islands in the Pacific is gut wrenching.

No, I am not a Russian but I can set the the emotions aside (Katyn included) and give credit where it is due.

Whoever compiled that table in #113 above most likely identified "Jews" the same way they, the "Jews", identified themselves, or how would the author know it? Can you tell if I am Catholic or Jewish by just looking at me if it's a matter of religion? Of course not.

In that table, Jewish stand next to Polish, not Catholic. This means that these Jews did not see themselves as Poles. If that's the case, why were they there, with all that legendary antisemitism in Poland other than as opportunistic predators? I truly don't get it.

Present and invisible. The number I remember was 300,000 and the location was Legnica.

You would not last in any country outside Poland esp usa with your attitude on jews or any minorities.

I have lasted in the USA since 1967 with that attitude on Jews and the minorities without any problems. FYI, my first true love at 15 was a Jewish girl. As a manager, I hired three blacks - an engineer and two techs. That does not change the statistics or the widely-held opinions. Even blacks know that they are statistically no good and make every effort to move to the white 'hoods for safety and better schools, and are welcome as long as they act "white".

There are firms in Germany which feed whole towns with all it's people in it.

Sorry, but you are still confusing what people have in their checking accounts with what they feel and how they spend their leisure money.
The Americanization of Europe and Poland has been amazing. Germanization is a lot more subtle. Ordinary person does not know or care who owns what percentage of a "Polish" company stock. But they see all those American, or American-looking, signs and ads. I have seen so many in both, Polish and English, as if Poland went bilingual. The irony of it being that the mall may actually be owned be a German company.

You are conflating corporate bottom line with culture. Different things. Different impact on ordinary people. Songs and movies are consumed by millions. High-end cars by the elites.

That was a bad choice of subject to put on the table.
German cars have a snob appeal and only while the original warranty is in effect. VW and MB are at the bottom of the reliability charts. As a consolation, you are not alone. The competition for the least reliable and the most expensive cars to keep running is between you and the Brits with their Jaguars and Rovers.

There are forums here where the MB owners swear never again to own them. Not so with Lexus - cars the smart ones like me buy to avoid having the local service on speed dial.

Your point about what soft power is perfect. Every club where the young congregate anywhere on earth voluntarily plays the American stuff. Or the British and they sound American, too. I challenge anyone to tell me where, outside of Germany, a club plays German songs in German.

How many American movies are shown in Poland and how many are from Germany?
Culture is what people like and consume when having a free choice, not what high brow snobs approve as "culture".

Spot on! Whatever I mentioned here as my recent and a very positive experience in Poland, it was met with the total disbelief and hostility and never with a "that was cool, man" which is so natural in "America". Here, even if one feels envy, it is obligatory and customary.

That old joke how in Hell, the Polish pot (?) has no devil deputies trying to keep the tortured Poles from escaping is so true. The explanation, of course, is that it's those inside that are doing this dirty job. That is why I don't want hear another load of s*** about how the USSR oppressed Poland. It was Poland who was oppressing Poland.

Apart from e.g. Facebook, Google then in what sectors is the US really dominant in Polish or Czech or Hungarian life ?

While walking Polish malls, judging by the store names and the ads, it's almost impossible to tell if you are in Poland or the US. And everybody under 30 speaks English. So much so that I dropped asking if they do. On top of that, it was the American version in spite of the fact that it's the British English that is taught in Polish schools. Probably because of the American TV and movies. And the fact the American English is more natural.

In those three countries you mentioned, it is impossible for the people there not remember who the good guys with a very big stick are, and that it's the US and no one else. And that Germany and Russia have been domesticated and contained by the good guys.

Again, bad Soviets, poor victims, my a**. It was the Jews and the Poles willingly and happily oppressing their own, not the Soviets. Haven't seen one solitary Soviet soldier in my entire life while there.

And, just for balance, that lame invasion of Cuba when the US fell out of love with Fidel. At least the Soviets were better at it. And with the WW2 losses somewhere near 40 million dead, justified in protecting their buffers.

If by "Poland" you mean Polish citizens, then "Poland" could refuse to be in that alliance as much as the Americans can refuse to be in NAFTA - a blood draining creation by the ruling elites with a total (like zero) disregard for the ruled. I will always draw such parallels to show that this form of oppression is not exclusive to the bad -isms.

Poland in those days had its ruling class imported on the Soviet tanks.
The American ruling class didn't use the Soviet tanks but the outcome is the same - minus the gulags: nobody in the DC swamp gives a s*** what the masses think or want.

Americans spent their lives there voluntarily and stupidly. No Russians or Soviets involved.
Europe could always protect itself with the American weapons. But they chose to hide behind the American butts. Even today.

.the main reason you find us to be so "annoying"...deep jealousy becoming resentment, even hate!

We, whites, should stop bickering and realize that, as a race, we are under assault from the outside and from within, the latter being a lot more dangerous as it is a self-inflicted form of suicide in slow motion.

That is why, as a Pole by birth and an American by choice, I often wake up with that exact thought on my mind despite the fact that nothing dramatic will happen in my lifetime. This is also why I hold no grudge against the Germans and the Russians. I regret that, because of the DC neo-cons always looking for the next enemy, traveling to Russia is not safe for me now.
