Not really. You sad that the Polish Jew is not a Pole so it would be the same with an American Pole, don't you think? I'm sure, I'm not the only one who sees it that way.

I bet, quite a few of the present here Americans of Polish origin, will definitely disagree with you when you'll try to deny their right to feel Americans as they are American citizens.

Polish Jew is not a Pole

well, I strongly disagree with that 1. Once a citizen of one country, no matter if a Jew or Muslim or whatever, it's still a citizen. Like in this case, Polish Jew indicates that he's a Polish citizen, right?

Germans, those of german heritage and peoples with germanic heritage. Those could gain entry into the Waffen SS

Of course but I was talking about the 1st LSSAH (not just Waffen SS) and it was his personal Leibstandarte and that's why I said what I said.

Yeah OK, later on, they couldn't be really that choosy about their recruitment.

People People this is history, the people who did this are dead or on their death beds lets move on.

This is exactly what I've been suggesting many times on PF, the war is over, let's move on.
I like history myself but I have to admit that stirring it up all the time awakes lots of hatred feelings between people.

You could say "Polish Jew" instead of "Jewish Pole" - same thing, at the end of the day, to most people.

Even easier it would be to call Pole a Pole, an American just an American etc.

I can only agree with you. Sorry guys, but most of the Polish guys are ugly. I'm not attacking or bashing anyone here, just being honest.

Do you mean calling the camps "Nazi camps" is correct because "not all of the Germans were Nazis"? Why? And what would be the rationale behind calling them "Polish camps"? Would it be that "all of the Poles were Poles"?

I mean what I said. Yes, not all of the Germans were Nazis. Actually many Germans were put into concentration camps because they were anti Nazis.

It's obviously wrong to call the concentration camps on Polish territory during the WW2, Polish death camps.

maybe because not all of the Germans were Nazis and that's why Nazi death camps is correct.
