Love / Nice Polish women photos [329]

Some of the photos are nice; others don't look natural at all. Instead, the pics look as though they've been touched up & airbrushed to death.

Feedback / PolishForums Motto? :) [149]

Makes lots of sense (particularly to members, who enjoy making posts, while a bit on the intoxicated side.)

Life / You are Polish if... [433]

When you were a kid your family outing, was usually to a place without an admission cost.
Prime examples: Trips to the park, beach, church, visiting relatives (plenty of free food at other family member's homes!)

Travel / Southern Poland in pictures :) [14]

Thank you for sharing such wonderful photos. I usually admire black & white prints the most. They offer a sense of class and nostalgia.

USA, Canada / Beautiful women in Polonia, WI [18]

And we love to drink that good old Point Beer.
stash said that.....

Sounds like you're a mighty happy camper Stash. You've got the best of two worlds, the combo of beautiful Polish women & piwo to chug.

Life / You are Polish if... [433]

You have a tendency of hiding objects so well; you forget where you've placed them.

Food / Simple recipe request.... Polish carrot salad [6]

carrrots, shreaded apples and lemon juice...it might contain a handful of raisins on occasions

The combo sounds pretty good (sans the raisins.)
A bit of pineapple juice could even give the recipe a little more kick.

Language / Polish and Hungarian, how similar? [53]

I've found that some of the foods are very similar. When I visit I mother, we buy food at a Hungarian sausage factory. They also sell stuffed cabbage & pierogies. Not 100% the same as authentic Polish food; but it does the trick for me.

Life / Do Polish people help one another? [40]

Do Polish people help one another?

Many Polish people do have a very kind heart. Look at how many people came together to help PLK, when he had become a victim of a violent crime. They offered him both financial and moral support.

Food / Do you still pressure-cooker to cook? [10]

Does anybody on PF still use or has used a pressure-cooker?

My mom used to use a pressure-cooker to soften meats, such as cow tripe and pork ribs. That way she'd only stink up the kitchen, for half the regular cooking time. Haha.

I've never tried cooking with one. I'm too afraid of the enormous pot bursting open, exploding hot food contents, all over my stove and kitchen.

Love / What do foreign women think of Polish men? [120]

your wit is overwhelming

Whew, what a relief. I had to read the line over again... to make sure the letter was a "W".
Good thing my eyes were playing a trick on me, lol.
