Love / All Polish women can't be nutters can they? [257]

We in the south have to give Polki a lesson a punishment.

All men of the world should stand united, and refuse to have sex with any woman or girl for like five years. Sometimes war means sacrifice.

Work / What am I allowed to say about a company on the Internet without getting sued [12]

Unless he's no longer employed by this company of course. You can't derive any claims or rights from a broken contract.

By the way, I never signed a contract with the company - I had a contract, but they told me there were problems getting it translated into Polish...but on reflection I think that they were just stalling for time when they told me this.

In that case, feel free to speak your mind.

Love / POLISH WOMEN THE MOST SEXUALLY ACTIVE IN EUROPE...! [54]

I was in Amsterdamn early 90's.. in this kind of booth peek-a-boo theatre. ( Hey.. I was bored and when in Rome...). At any rate, I saw this promo pic of two women servicing a German Shepherd dog. I said hmmm.. probably a joke. So I put my money in.. No way.. it was real!

I'm happy to tell you that sex with animals has been declared illegal in Holland.

News / POLAND LEAVING WHAT COUNTRY FOR A BETTER LIFE?? [73]

Contrary to popular belief, I'm not frustrated. (I will get there anyway!) I'm just pointing out how ridiculous it is when people tell you that there are no jobs, while everybody knows that there are jobs.

;)

I dont know why people are always saying its a struggle in Poland, it isnt. Rent is cheap, food is cheap and you will be able to get something.

I agree, if you're a creative person and you're not too arrogant, then there are plenty of opportunities.

Although I dont like Dutch people so maybe dont come.

And you think I care?

News / POLAND LEAVING WHAT COUNTRY FOR A BETTER LIFE?? [73]

I can write a few basic sentences, and pronounce a few words without sounding extremely funny, but I don't speak it well enough to have a decent conversation just yet. I'm sure I can learn it though, but I need to be able to practice. Why? Do you know of a Polish man or woman who has a job for a Dutch guy? Because I certainly don't!

crazy right?

Not at all. I'd love to move to Poland myself, because I think I could actually pull it off there. (But I'm going to need a start or a helping hand somewhere!)

We are just to spoiled! ;)

Maybe you are, with your simple-minded comments. I'm obviously not going to swim to America, and I'm not going to be able to rent a room for 0.00 € either.

All peoples did this and will do this...

That's where you're wrong. A lot of people do not meet the requirements, and a lot of people simply don't have enough qualifications. So more and more young people will end up living on benefits, simply because they can't make a start anywhere. When you flood a country with foreign workers, it doesn't take a genius to figure out that someone of the indigenous population who just left high school won't be able to find a job to finance a study, or anything else for that matter, unless you're lucky enough to have successful parents who can help you a hand. Oh, and of course there will also be foreign workers who won't be able to find a job in an already overcrowded country, which means they're going to apply for benefits aswell, or remain in the illegal circuit.

How do you think the mighty USofA got populated???

Well, if someone allowed me to work a simple job in my own country, then maybe I could actually buy a ticket to try my luck elsewhere.

Why are Poles the only ones seen as "invading" Europe with cheap labour?

I'm not saying they're responsible, but because of their large numbers they've initiated a domino effect within Europe. It's not something to cheer about, because the result will be modern-day slave labour for everyone who belongs to working class if we're all going to accept this in silence. I don't blame the Polish though, I blame Brussels.

What's next I wonder? A few million Chinese workers pouring into Europe? I think the cheap labour hype will affect everyone in the long run though, including the ones who promoted this wonderful idea.

Love / POLISH WOMEN THE MOST SEXUALLY ACTIVE IN EUROPE...! [54]

They should be shame of themselves.

Hey, if you want to deny human nature, then go ahead and have fun with yourself. You should be ashamed when you look at a guy and find him attractive. You should commit suicide when that happens, because it's a crime against humanity! Please. Polish girls have nothing to be ashamed of.

:)

Yes but to call them horny in general, esp when applied to town and village girls, is just wrong.

I think it all depends on what kind of image, stigma or idea you attach to the word horny? I mean, we all are, from time to time.

On week days, more so. The most sexually active? I doubt it!

Sure. I doubt it too. I think guys and girls don't differ that much across the globe. What happens here, happens there, and vice versa. I agree with you about one thing though, and that is that you shouldn't try to paint a picture as if every girl is always horny and would want any man. I'm realistic about it though, so I don't get why so many people insist on going around the bush, literally.

Horny??? You have got to be joking.

Girls are girls, and boys are boys. They're both horny from time to time. That's why they all want sexual relationships with eachother. Most of them.

Love / What do Polish guys think of Irish girls? [187]

I dont think so she was with some posh guy, they're supposed to be like the Becks & Posh of Ireland, search her name on the Sunday Independent website, it's a crap sunday paper that loves B & C list Irish celebrities

Nah, I'm not going to Google any celebrities to see if they're single. But maybe I'll do that when I'm fifty-something, and really sad. (Like Sokrates.)

:-D good one! maybe the model agency she works for will have some work for you

Great! I've always wanted to play in a Horror movie!

Love / Need Advice: I have fallen in love with a Polish woman... [65]

Ive been saying this about these kind of threads for years....Id love to know where all these stupid British men came from...Let's face it, they can't be all that bright if they believe half of the boll*x they're told!

Hey, you can stay single and grow old alone if you want, but maybe you can find some peace in the fact that you're so much smarter than all these stupid guys who are tired of being lonely?

Just one more thing, without sounding anti-feminist, what kind of married woman brings her two kids (regardless of age) to a foreign country where she has nothing in place and puts herself in a position of having to "befriend" a stupid British man in order to get a roof over her head...

I think you have to understand a few things about Polish culture. A lot of people still vieuw a divorce as something to be deeply ashamed of, especially in the smaller towns, villages and the rural areas of Poland. I really don't think you would want to be socially stigmatized either?

Oh, and of course there's still a lot of poverty in Poland - which probably explains why so many Polish people choose to work abroad - and there just aren't too many guys who would want to take care of a divorced woman who has children of her own. So you can stay with a husband who neglects you and treats you like garbage, or you can spread your wings and hope for the best.

Maybe you shouldn't take relationships too serious at your age, and vieuw a relationship as being in good, pleasant, friendly or handsome company for as long as it lasts. It's not as stupid as you think to have some company, and you never know what might, or might not grow between you and the other person.

Love / 'Battered husbands' - still a taboo subject in Poland [387]

AJ, your "how would you feel.......?" questions put the shoe on a female foot. Interesting.

It sounds pretty ridiculous, doesn't it? I think people should talk before they act, and actually think twice before they jump on the bandwagon. I think that might solve a lot of problems for both men and women in the future.

A very eloquent and heartfelt post AJ - but for reasons of my own I am totally ripped - can you please explain in hard language what your point is?

I took some of my experiences and turned them into hypothetical questions to describe a few situations from a woman's perspective, because PlasticPole was wondering why some guys lose their faith in love.

Thanks a lot mate in advance!

I guess you're welcome.

Love / 'Battered husbands' - still a taboo subject in Poland [387]

I think i would become a serial killer...

It would make your blood boil, wouldn't it?I seriously doubt you would, but I know some people would lose it, that's for sure.

How would you feel if some handsome guys were asking people who barely know you all kind of things about you when you're actually present? How would you feel if you've heard they rejected you based on what these strangers have told them? (While you're present.)

How would you feel if a guy who shows interest in you, and when you've reacted to that a few times because he insisted, he disappears for a while, and some other guy shows up to show an interest in you? (Repeat this process for like twenty times, or for as long as it takes you to figure out people are playing games with you again.)

How would you feel if the first guy shows up again, and says he's no longer interested in you, and that you're a creep and a weirdo, just because you were talking to other guys who were showing interest in you? (While he was gone without a trace, and you were still perfectly single all that time?)

How would you feel if you saw girls who weren't even half as pretty as you with really handsome guys, smirking at you as you walk by?

How would you feel if these girls weren't even half as smart as you, but they would recieve all the opportunities in the world on a golden platter, just because they were accepted in the little gossip club, and you're not because..? Well, because. Because no one ever told you the reason.

How would you feel if guys told you it's definitely you, while you're one hundred percent positive that it's definitely them?

How would you feel if groups of girls constantly ganged up on you when you're alone, and call you a coward because you don't want to fight a dozen girls? How would you feel if other guys called those girls really sweet girls, but those guys look at you like you're some kind of monster because these girls tell them all about you?

And I quote: ''He's always so angry and aggressive.'' (Which in your case, as a woman, would sound like: ''She's always so..'' I'm sure you get the idea?)

How would you feel when two six year old boys chase you all over town, saying things like: ''I'm in love with you.'' How would you feel when people call you a pedophile because of that, just because you're the weird one who's still single?

How would you feel if you knew you couldn't beat the crap out of anyone who's not actually touching you, because they would all report you to the police? Would you feel powerless? Humiliated?

Yeah, it's definitely you.

xD

Men can be jerks, but you wonder how it all starts.

Just answer these questions to yourself;

How would you feel if you saw a guy - a guy you really like - who's genuinely interested and who flirts with you for weeks, suddenly - in just a matter of seconds - turns around and chases another woman right infront of you, right after he heard it was the boss' niece?

How would you feel if you found out that this was done on purpose, just because the other guys who work with you thought it was funny to play with your feelings?

How would you feel if this happened to you all the time?

How would you feel if alot of guys in your town pull ugly faces at you, insult you and threaten you, or give you angry and hateful stares whenever you're near or look in their direction?

How would you feel if a lot of people in your environment tell you that you're thinking all kinds of weird things, when they've never even bothered to talk to you?

How would you feel when you see that most of the guys are all going out with the other girls, and are having fun, but everytime you show up they do their best to make you feel really unwelcome, only to collectively accuse you of being anti-social once you've given up on socializing?

How would you feel if a lot of guys in your town called you a lesbian, while they're refusing to even say hello to you?

How would you feel if you say hello to someone who seems friendly at first, only to hear that you're a disgusting individual right after you greet him?

How would you feel if total strangers start to talk - right out of the blue - about all kinds of personal and private stuff about you in public as soon as you're in hearing distance?

How would you feel if people communicated with you indirectly, as if you're way too dangerous to approach?

How would you feel when guys call you a dirtbag or a pervert for every time you react to their flirting?

How would you feel if the person who once said he loved you, asked other girls to pull your hair, spit in your face and assualt you?

How would you feel after your neighbours kept you awake for seven days straight by making all kinds of noise, or talking very loud - about you - infront of your window when you're trying to sleep? How would you feel if they all fled inside - bunch of cowards - as soon as you come outside to confront them with their own bullshít?

How would you feel when little children have been told to scream lesbian at you?

How would you feel if parents pick up their kids or pull them away from you with scared looks on their faces as you walk by, as *if* you're going to hurt their kids? (While telling them: ''She's very evil, that girl.'')

How would you feel if all of this weird behaviour suddenly stopped, after years, and people asked you all kinds of questions like: Why are you so bitter? (When you're not.) Why are you so angry? (While you're not.)

How would you feel if people pretended as if nothing ever happened, and told you that you've imagined all of this? Or even better: Use this as an excuse to call you crazy and shun you some more?

Study / Which Polish Universities are multilingual, and teach Psychology? [36]

How about something like London University distance courses? Pretty cheap and it looks like a decent program.

I'm sure they are, and I know there are sub-courses you can take from a distance, but I really want to take the full program, so I can always acquire another specialization if the situation demands it.

Why would it be? You're in the EU, its free!

Well, if that's true, then they could've told me ages ago!

What do you hope to do after you psychology degree?

I want to specialize in Occupational Psychology - also called Industrial or Labour Psychology - and work at a multi-national.

:)

Yes, it is. It wouldn't be legal to have free education for only Scottish residents - the fee charged has to be the same for all EU citizens.

I guess I'll keep an eye on Scotland aswell then. Thank you very much for the tip. I will still need a job and a place to stay though! But maybe there are Scottish housewives who wouldn't mind a Dutch toyboy? I'm not a free-loader, I swear, I will work very hard!

xD

Okay, serious now.
