Off-Topic / Since (stupid) stereotypes (about other countries) galore... [10]

Poland is far from being perfect, but at least they never had or deployed officially any SS Nazi troops during WWII (probably the only country at that time which didn't have SS units).

BUT it must be statted that Poland did have its own fair share of traitors both during and after WWII...(mainly but not only Poles of Jewish origin to be precise)

Real Estate / Remortgaging in Poland [2]

It would be necessary for you to sign a PoA for your legal representative/lawyer here in Poland to remortgage.

Probably this would be the best thing to do if you don't want to travel to Poland too often and get it done asap. The bank will be obliged to negotiate with your representative in Poland.

Law / A general question about inheritence and will - (no debts) - properties in Poland and England [19]

@ Josie: I have sent you a private message on this forum with my email address, but I don't know if you have received it. Pls let me know.

It is necessary to look at some more details here.

It's not true that if you are a foreign company or a foreigner, you will not win in a Polish court. Every case is different, and the details matter the most.

Law / A Polish company have not paid me [13]

It is necessary to fight with such scammers (Polish or foreigners): it's obligatory to write: wezwanie przedsadowe do zaplaty.

They will get scared if it is written correctly in Polish.

Law / A general question about inheritence and will - (no debts) - properties in Poland and England [19]

If there is no will, your father's wife will get 1/4 of the inheritance/estate and natural and adopted children of your father will obtain the rest (3/4 of the estate which is divided into equal parts among all children) -- this rule pertains only to your father's private property.

Only the Polish Court will have jurisdiction over all the properties situated in Poland.

However, it is necessary to prepare a detailed legal opinion on this situation before taking any legal steps in Poland and in the UK.

Law / Polish wife in the UK cheated on me. Divorce - what now of the kids? [15]

You may be able to get the jurisdiction of the Polish Court in the divorce case in some situations if you lived in Poland after getting married there. It mainly depends on your personal circumstances.

A divorce/custody decision made by the UK Court can be recognized by the Polish Court and government.

You will also need a marriage certificate from the Polish office of vital data during the divorce proceedings in UK Court (and after the divorce, your Polish marriage certificate will have to changed).

Infidelity in Polish family law is always a factor because the Court may declare that your wife is 100% at fault for the break-up of marriage (then she won't be able to get any benefits/money from you as an ex-wife).

I am a lawyer based in Poland, so I might be able to help you with this.
If you are still interested in this topic, you can send me a private message on this forum, and we might be able to help with this case.

News / How would Poland change for the better (or worse) under a PiS government? [257]

To what extent Morawiecki's plan succeeds (although the Delphs of this world already wish him dismal failure on principle!) remains to be seen.

Actually, I am pretty sure that the plan will be successful if implemented correctly. they still need to make some changes in it and focus as well on small and medium business, but overall it's a good plan which will boost manufacturing, exports and create millions of new high-paying jobs both for Poles and foreigners. They also need to try to gain new markets (but all the positive things are on the Polis side: cheap currency and energy, No muslims, cheaper labour, intellectual potential of young Poles, cheaper materials, etc.

They also need to take away money and wealth from communists stolen by them from hard-working Poles.

News / Poland's Prime Minister Szydło keeps American bulldogs on short leash [36]

They just test us how far they can go, same with Gerries/EUnuchs, in the past "Poland's strategy" was obey the orders, not only in case of Gerries/EUnuchs but also in case of America. (Iraq, CIA prisons etc.)

i couldn't agree more with with this !

History / Why is the Diary of Saint Sister Faustina Kowalska still unknown to Polonia and other countries? [29]

One of the most absurd things I've ever read on PF, to be fair.

Oh really? You certainly don't know much about Polish history.

On April 1, 1656, in the middle of Swedish occupation of Poland, Polish king Jan Kazimierz with 3 bishops in Lvov enthroned Virgin Mary as the King/Queen of Poland. This act is fully legal and vaild up till now. Fully accepted by the Holy SEE. so who do you thimk Her son will be?

Real Estate / Real Estate current condition in Sopot area (checking the market) [21]

When temperature of the sea is something like 15° in the middle of the "summer" sorry,

The water in the Baltic Sea is usually about 18 - 20 degrees in the middle of summer (sometimes 22-23), I spend vacations on the baltic Coast very often and I have never seen such low temperatures anywhere (except Kolobrzeg but they have a cold current there).

History / Why is the Diary of Saint Sister Faustina Kowalska still unknown to Polonia and other countries? [29]

Everyday life in Communist Poland.

Life in communist Poland wasn't as bad as you may think. I attended a polish primary school in the 80s and it was the best time of my life (lots of friends, girls and boys). The best people i have met in my life and I lived in different countries, both rich and poor.

Poland always remained Polish and Catholic despite harsh communist persecution of priests and catholics, killings, etc. there was a lot of poverty in communist Poland , but there is even more poverty NOW! ironically, the more communists persecuted the people and the church, the more followers the Church got. Now the communists/masons got clever -- they gave the Poles absolute freedom and some money and the Churches are empty, really empty... The war continues...in a different form..

Neither capitalism nor communism solves peoples problems (social, economic, etc.). These are just 2 different ways of fooling the masses by the corporate/masonic elitists. Only the enthronement of Jesus Christ as the king of Poland (and possibly other nations in Europe) will start a new era of peace and economic security for all nations.

Agents were everywhere at a low very low level.

You do realize that there are agents everywhere even now both in eastern and western europe, usa, Russia and china ?

History / Why is the Diary of Saint Sister Faustina Kowalska still unknown to Polonia and other countries? [29]

in fact the most important Saint".

In XX/XXI century there is no other Saint who received from Jesus this type of Message of God's mercy (or any other message which would be equally important).

Certainly it DOES MEAN something that God decided to convey this message of hope to a Polish nun...this IS in fact a great honor for Poland and its people..

It's a pity that Polish priests fail to mention the nun's name or her book or the teachings of Saint JP II. It's quite clear that masonry has managed to infiltrate even the Polish catholic church.

what's next now? they will get rid of Transubstantiation during Holy Mass??? i can see one BIG conspiracy here...

Pol Attorney, please, please stop with the conspiracy stuf

So, are you trying to tell me that there are no conspiracies in business, Church or politics in today's world? Is this so?

have to remember that she's competing for attention with thousands of other saints, many with a long established fan base!

Not really. Faustina IS in fact the most important Saint because of the message conveyed to her by Jesus. I'm sure that not many people actually read her diary which has 500 pages..

News / Poland's proposed change to farmers land inheritance [7]

most dangerous parts of the new plan :

in reality, this is the best provision: it will keep Polish farmland in Polish hands and with Polish farmers. PO has already sold thousands of hectares to foreigners.

Sale of farmland to foreigners equals to liquidation of Poland.

History / Why is the Diary of Saint Sister Faustina Kowalska still unknown to Polonia and other countries? [29]

I wonder why you think that?

Thanks for the answer. I have heard Pope Francis saying many times that 2016 is the year of Divine Mercy.

so why doesn't he even mention the diary written by the Polish nun Kowalska? or even her name?

I have heard Polish priests speaking about Mercy all the time, but never do they mention F. Kowalska or her Diary or priest Sopocko. I was just wondering if this is some kind of conspiracy.

News / Products from Poland and other Slavic countries that would you suggest to global market ? [35]

I'm waiting too. It can't be so difficult, surely.

Privatisation of Polish banks (and other industries) between 1989-2015 is a long story of corruption, bribery and ouright theft (that even the native Polish population is not fully aware of!! but they will suffer the results of it in the next 20-25 years)

1. 80% of the Polish banks were sold to hostle foreign companies/banks for about 25 billion Polish zlotys (for the price of just 1 bank)

2. BPH and Pekao SA were sold for about 5-6 billion zlotys (each of these banks has currently assets of about 115 billion PLN or more)

3. bank Handlowy, Big bank Gdanski, Polski Bank Rozwoju i Polski Bank inwestycyjny were also sold.

4. almost 50% of shares of PKO BP were sold for about 7 billion PLN (basically for peanuts)

If you don't have your own banks, your nation will cease to prosper (or even exist).

prof. Milton Friedman many times warned Polish politicians agains selling their assets and companies to hostile foreign corporations...

News / Products from Poland and other Slavic countries that would you suggest to global market ? [35]

Hopefully Dep. PM Morawiecki will finally start moving Poland in the direction of creating a viable industrial base focusing on indigenous Polish designs, recognisable Polish brands, manufacturing and marketing.

Let's hope so ! in fact, this is something which can realistically happen in the next 5-10 years (unless the big royal American/jewish family with HQ in Pocantico Hills decides to kick out the new Polish govt). but even then, they may be unsuccessful...For some reason, Poland has been under special divine protection from God and Virgin Mary for almost 400 years now.

News / Products from Poland and other Slavic countries that would you suggest to global market ? [35]

Those trying to show how many indigenous Polish enterprises are successful really have to scrape the bottom of the barrel to eventually come up with this odd millionaire, some stray Polish company or even a foreign assembly plant (eg VW) employing Poles.

You have nailed it !

Also polish Zubrowka

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but in /2013/2014 the Zubrowka brand (just like soplica, bols, absolwent) were bought by the Russian company called Russian Standard.

All the cash goes to Russia now..

Nice try though !
