I am moving to warsaw very soon,so just wandering how foreigner can make friends there? I dont speak Polish,is there any events for newbies to meet people?I would love to see many people from many countries :)

What I want to know mainly is like how much costs me for renting a flat in Warsaw,how I can pay utility,some kind of stuff.If someone living in Warsaw who already working, please tell me about them.I don't look for language exchange people this time,and I can't be your Japanese teacher.

But if someone who are interested in Japan, would be nice and I will answer but language( sorry for that,been busy lately)
