I'm not a Brit but I'm curious how catholic fundamentalism is going to create this Utopian society. Moral solution to an economic problem? Sounds like regressive jargon from post-soviet thinking. I think a lot of people here have just lost the plot and are blinded my hatred and xenophobia.

The West as we know it is now in the intial phases of that inevitable final stage, but no-one knows when or how the ultimate collapse will occur (probably in stages?) and what civilisaiton will fill the resultant vacuum. The betting is on east Asia, but that is only a speculation.

I heard this line before. Even on interpretations of Homer's Iliad. Overcooked people and undercooked.
Maybe the Chinese and their Asian style capitalism will take over in the future, but not because the West got soft and stopped believing in the pie in the sky, but simply got undermined by a more ruthless version of the same system. And if the Chinese ever do arrive in their tanks, they will also consider Poland as the west--- the bible belt of the European west. You'll be eating curry bigos.

One may disagree with their pro-Semitic, anti-Polish and anti-Catholic editorial policy but technically it's a decent rag.

Apart from not being Polish what else do you have against Putin and his regime in Russia? Do you support radical conservatism in Russia today? Would you like to see a similar situation developing in Poland? If not, how would your version of Polish conservatism differ to Putin's?

English tend to not teach their children discipline as they equate it with barbarism, it is better to simply try to persuade the child and if it doen't work then pretend that you don't see how your child id destroying its life with bad life choices

I think the PIS heads are like their Russian counterparts(Putinites). One is obsessed with what they term the post-communists and the latter with the Fifth column. Both are just regressive forces nostalgic for the past; which was Stalinism.

Even if its in the guise of anti-Stalinism, it's still the same game. Hence the similarities of the two countries with the rise of ultra conservatism; Putin and Kaczyński.
