History / Not only Mazowiecki damned an innocent bishop [74]

And maybe he could, instead of lying, finally tell if IPN - which is a PIS institution par excellence - has a file on Mazowiecki. It clearly hasn't because he evades the question big time. Maybe the answer should be found in Belgium?

you have been seen through by now.

By whom?
Everybody knows that you are habitually lying, invent stories on the go, launch coward attacks on PF members.
And if you get caught, you are not able to provide decent links.

News / Poland Parliamentary elections 2015 [1060]

but the proof of the pudding is in the voting.

Exactly. if the government will not be so stupid to organise elections in Summer, when the sane part of the country is on hols, 70% votes yet again for non-duck parties.

Why not bring in how China killed and tortured the Tibetans?

Hypocrite as usual. You already used twice Belgium in this thread.

The spokesman can direct you exactly where to go to find the information you're lookign for far beztter than any PF-er..

And blatantly lying. IPN has no file on Mazowiecki, otherwise you already would have plastered all over this forum.
Btw, why did the duck serve ZERO days in internment? Something to with his commie daddy?

Since you were too lazy to find out yourself, the IPN spokesman is Andrzej Arseniuk: 22 581 8542

In case we need to freshen up your very selective memory, the question was about IPN and Mazowiecki.

e such interrogation techniques?

You are asking this to the wrong guy. As far as I know Harry is not Polish.
Too cowardly to address me directly?
Second time you are doing this in this thread, and later you will deny this.
But to answer your stupid question: No, my country does not use such interrogation techniques, whereas yours is using them freely and does not even feel ashamed admitting that.

I have a feeling we will never see these IPN files :)

Life / International calling cards for public pay phones working in Poland? [14]

I remember a few years ago in my local post office they were selling a whole range of phone cards but all seem to have disappeared.

You had to phone a local Warsaw number and afterwards enter endless rows of digits in your phone

On a sidetrack now - in the past there were numerous sites from which you could send free sms messages around the world...They also seem to have vanished.

or do they still exist?

Contact the IPN spokesman who will point you in the right direction. Just Google IPN. Surely an IT whiz like you knows how to do that.

In your newspeak it does mean IPN never published a file on Mazowiecki, otherwise you would have told us in capital letters.

Didn't you cry victory lately because the duckists had in an opinion poll 40%?
It seems the first batch of Polska A is returning from holidays.

Since the IPN was mentioned, that institution has for years been compiling documenation

Please provide us with IPN documentation / judgment on the past of Mazowiecki. That should be not hard to do for somebody who is digging up obscure usenet links.

A non-native might not know what rigged meant in this context -

This is one of your very sly (not to say slimy) tactics....you never write something without a reason...You cold say for example "Dutch", "French" or whatever.

I hear you coming from far away :)
Since your thread about the laid-back PF member exploded in your face, another tac? :)

what rigged meant in this context -- it isn't a word one uses every day.

Rigged is an everyday English word.

You're not Belgian are you? Any native-speaking UK-er would know a trial is rigged and false witnesses are trotted out so an innocent person can be convicted.

Please expand what this has to do with being Belgian.

Life / Polands' Generation Y = instant generation [22]

Yes it is true, the link was there. And I read it. In Polish.
Still, they write a lot of nonsense.
I know a few people in HR in Warsaw, and I have never heard of somebody putting photos in swimsuit on his/her CV.

Life / Polands' Generation Y = instant generation [22]

Ran acorss it so threw it up to verify if is it was true.

Did you get it from Rydzak in one of his confused moments perhaps?
Of course you found it somewhere, as always you do. You have to back up your invented postings somehow.
And still you haven't a clue how recruiting in Poland works, and neither how the work floor looks like.

BTW, we block facebook during working hours. Personal email is acceptable.

In our company gaming is not acceptable and the known sites are blocked as well. Though in lunchtime some colleagues play PC built-in games (card games and stuff like that).

In other words they never leave the office :).

but may include photos of them in swimsuits during theirrecent holidays.

If you tell such hilarious lies, you might as well give us a link to such nonsense so that we also can have a laugh or two.

Life / Polands' Generation Y = instant generation [22]

Their CVs meant to show their achievements contain links that do not open, but may include photos of them in swimsuits during theirrecent holidays

Again one of your hilarious stories / lies / fairy tales?
Once again you haven't a clue how contemporary Poland, and more especially the young generation works and thinks. Ah yes, of course I forgot, they all should be in church.

CV's as a rule, but of course you haven't a clue once again, do not contain internet links.

stazting pay of 5,000-6,000 zł a month as IT specialists.

Jealous? As Delph wrote, they get this salary because they are necessary.

Regarding fb, what is a fact that increasingly potential employers check the fb activity of candidates.
And they also double-check on LinkedIn.

Maybe you should go on a job interview with a headhunter, in order to know how recruitment works in the real world.

computer games

You forgot to mention they listen to pop music on the work floor. The devil incarnate!
Which is mostly true, almost all offices and workshops have a radio blaring somewhere, and not radio maybach. We have RadioZet on all day.

use of company computers for private emailing, computer games and facebookery,

Jealous again? Most companies, - but then you wouldn't have a clue about such things - allow employees to use their company computer for private purposes, as long as they do not exaggerate, and their work does not suffer from it.

If they do not, they simply block access to for example fb or other websites.

What I do hear from colleagues in other companies, is that they cannot use Skype for example, but this has apparently something to do with it being a demanding application with bandwith use and can overburden the network. Maybe some IT people on this forum can confirm/clarify/correct this.

In my work (logistics) Skype is an essential tool.

News / Gazeta Wyborcza of Poland losing readers [301]

Now that we talking about Wikipedia:
"Tadeusz Mazowiecki was a special U.N. emissary to Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1992. He also issued a 1993 report on human rights violations in the Former Yugoslavia. Mazowiecki stepped down in 1995 to protest the world powers' lack of response to the atrocities committed during the Bosnian war, particularly the Srebrenica genocide committed by the Serb army that year."

The obscure blog you were digging up says it all: PIS&Love

'After martial law was declared in December 1981 he was arrested and imprisoned in Strzebielnik, then in Jaworz and finally in Darłówek.
He was one of the last prisoners to be released on 23 December 1982."
Please remind me, how long did the duck spend in internment?

Maybe you could dig up some more fascinating usenet stories?

Who is Szechter and why do you keep referring to that person?

Delph, he wants to all costs "prove" that GW is a branch of the Jerusalem Post. That is why he is mixing (pseudo) Jewish (ah sorry, he once mentioned Albanians were leading GW) words in his postings.

Life / A Polka station in Poland? [27]

This comes from Wikipedia:
North American "Dutchmen-style" features an oom-pah sound often with a tuba & banjo, and has roots in the American Midwest

Sounds really authentic Dutch.

I think he once wrote they were Albanians.

Whose mouthpiece is GW aside form representing the interests of the post-KOR-ite clique?

Grand Masonic Master Bernardone

Nice to see that proponents of Polka judge women on their looks than their personalities.

I am sure they will be wholesome.

Work / Why are so many PF member in Poland working in education? [19]

It staggers me the amount of people coming to this forum thinking they can find employment in Poland without language skills

BPO / callcentre jobs as a rule do not require knowledge of Polish. Still how you want to integrate here without speaking it....

if you work for a foreign company

But then most likely one would belong to the Mon-Fri club, and for them Warsaw is the place where their desk is, nothing more.
