The only reason they do not introduce visas for the US citizens is because they are bi..s who suck at they job. The EUI would give them some grief if they would do that. USA requires visas from the Polish citizens visiting that country. The only proper way to react to that by any independent self-respecting government would be to reciprocate.

I doubt that those Americans that bother to visit Poland would be deterred much by the visas. It is no issue.
