How many cops have you ever known to be found guilty and do actual time.
Let's start with Ruby Ridge or even Ferguson.
And NEVR in a small town.
The cop, judge, prosecutor and jury all go to the same church and are all on the same golf league.
Your case is tried out on the golf course with a verdict before you ever step foot in the courtroom.


Dirk you talk big but when they have the law, pepper spray, stun guns, real guns, batons and there are two trained officers with back up with another two watching and they have your skinny ass out on the street with no camera's you will be singing a different tune then tuff guy.

They deal with a lot nastier then you are and always win.
You will never win out on the street with the cops, remember I told you that.

NEVER once has that happen to me, ever and I have been involved in some doozies.


Yup, but, nothing under $100k is worth their time for a throw of the dice.
Add on top of that if you live in a small rural area like I do the local lawyers are not going raise hell to sue the cops or city.

They have to live here, their kids go to school here and like to make the football team, their wives like to socialize with the ladies of the town, the lawyers themselves like to be members of the local golf course.........

Small communities it is a whole different ball game called "The Good Old Boys Club".
Not all like the justice system in Chicago but then of course where I live there are no rapes or gun violence so I guess it is a trade off.

Just much easier for me to say, Yes Sir, No Sir and be on my way.

I would agree to that.
The problem is that the way the system is set up there is no way that you are going to win.
Even if you are totally right they will find a way to make you wrong.
You want to be a smart ass they will throw you in jail for any one of a hundred reasons.
You spend three days in jail waiting, spend $20k for an attorney retainer and he gets you off with not guilty.
Time to shut your mouth at that point and forget it and learn you should have said, Yes Sir in the first place making you $20k richer.

Now you want to sue them so come up with another $50k for another retainer and you are just about assured there is no judge that is going to let you win.

So you are now $70k light when all you would have had to do in the first place is say, Yes Sir, No Sir and been on your way.

Plus the next time you are involved in ANY incident the police will write up their report as you being at fault regardless because you torqued them.

They have unlimited resources to make your life a living hell.
And for the tuff guys that posted above all I have to say is................. Bull S !
They throw you loud mouths in the tank and the first time you start your tuff guy routine you get a face full of pepper spray.

You throw a punch and you will really learn to submit to some manners.
They take you handcuffed and wrap a very thick towel around your head several times blinding you and proceed to slam your had against a cement wall six or eight times.

They call it, "knocking some sense into the punks head".
No marks left, no witnesses and no way to prove it.

This is why I staunchly approve of EVERYBODY (Male & Female) do a mandatory two years in the military from 18-20 years old without their helicopter mama's to learn manners for authority.

Prior to the start of the filming the little b*tch kicked the cop in the nuts.
The way the law works here in the U.S. is if you physically assault a police officer your ass belongs to them even if they provoked it in which they are trained to do.

Thus what we call a "State Manufactured Crime."
The millenials can't seem to grasp that police officers have that "authority" and we all know the biggest hammer wins.
When a police officer tells you to put your cigarette out or to get out of your car it is NOT a request.

There seems to be enough feminists in Poland to organize a movement to get such a stalking law passed.
The infamous line the women use in the U.S.A. is, "You are scaring me" and buddy you better be going the other way because your day will not be getting better if you don't.

The other half are happy with their brow beat soy boys and that only last for these women until they get bored and have an affair.

There are Man Hater groups that train so they know exactly what to say and do to render men helpless no matter what, even if it was her fault.

You can smell them a mile away.
These groups are usually started by women who have been dumped or couldn't get a date if they wanted to because they never smile.

They then recruit other women that have attitude because of a failed relationships to share their misery with.
If they can't find happiness with a man then they don't want anyone to be happy.
Needless to say these groups grow very fast because the vindictive hate they have makes them froth from their mouths.
If a man even attempts to put them in their place they go to the police and all they have to say is that they fear this man.

Once that happens a restraining order is put on the man to have no further contact with the woman either by mail, telephone, in person or otherwise.

Usually these Man Haters will set the guy up by having two or three of their friends be there as witnesses to say the man in question approached the "victim".

That's all it takes to get his sorry ass thrown in jail.
All us old farts are fully aware of this game and steer clear but the young guys get suckered into it because of their racing hormones.
