you are wrong here mister, clergy if have an income do pay taxes, if priest is teaching in school and working in parish he get taxed twice, once as a teacher and second time as a businessman paying towards ZUS 600 zl(or 800, don't remember now).

The best example is the building of my High School. Before war it was hospital (not owned by the church of course). In my times it was a Lyceum and Medical School for nurses. Right now this is Catholic Seminary.

Whats wrong with that ?

Core values - define core values

PiS is a party which focus on a state and nation. They basic assumption is that there is a nation organized into a state and said state should provide the best environment for a nation to develop and grow.

Hence - importance of a state being in control of banks or some assets rather then handed them over to international corporations.
That state should run some noncommercial services like railways which in long run would benefit an average citizen.

PO is a party which focus on groups and friends and supported - a state is there to provide an opportunity for friends and associates of PO to enrich themselves, state assets are there to provide another opportunity to grabs some monies for those in position to do it.

That some of those buyers will be able to use those assets to the disadvantaged of the Polish state and whats-more to majority of Poles - is no concern of PO, they do not care about people but themselves.

Unfortunately it is difficult to replace PiS or Kaczynski.
For patriotic Poles there is no alternative - and I write that with sadness.

If they had lived there they too might have fallen for the glib rhetoric of smooth and slippery Don. The benefit of distance gives US Poloninas a better overview of what it's all about. And selling off Poland's last remaining assets to foreign interests, which the Tusk gang is so keen on, is not a good career move for Poland.

Ironside, for an intelligent person, you you come across as a economic illiterate. The taxpayers don't get ripped off when state assets are sold, quite the opposite, the burden on the budget becomes lesser.

Where ?in theory ?the burden on the budged become lesser for a short while, and then it double ......

And I repeat if fiscal rectitude is such a concern of yours, then i take you support Ruch Palikota-because they are the most keen on cutting the budget to size?

I think of myself as patriotic when I voted PO instead of PiS.
