News / Does democratic Poland guarantee it's LGBT citizens respect for human and civil rights? [1169]

It has nothing whatsoever to do

What, then,m in your view is the next stage, the next rubison the culture of permissive has to cross? Things rarely just end abruptly but develop. The wholesale sexualisation began in the mid-1950s with the "light" Playboy-type mags, very and subtle, a wisp of lingerie and come-hither glance, rather tasteful and subdued, nothing vulgar or brutal. Look at today's itnernet porn to see the road that has been travelled. BTW the pro-incest movement are also using similar propaganda: "We are consenting adults, we work, pay taxes and obey the law and have fallen in love. Why can't we have the right to marry?"

How woudl you answer that?

rights are universal.

You've got your rights thread to play with so go ahead. Beat the horse to death and enrich it with sidebars such as incestual rights, bisex trios, harems, whatever -- anything can and has been called a "right".

But what about a more comprehensive thread? . There is no restriction on that. Put it into random -- no big deal.

Korwin-Mikke and Palikot

Both are creeps except that Palikot is stupid....like a fox! I had thought anyone who come to a TV show with a butchered pig's head or a dildo, regardless of the ostensible point he was trying to make, is a publicity seeker. In view of Palikot's various suspect activities I am now inclined to believe the nonsense was designed to divert opinion from what he is really all about. He knows the tabloids will pounce on anything weird or outrageous and what better way to cloud the issue. Besides, how can one take a foaming-at-the-mouth Christophobe seriously? Especially a hypocrite who once launched a conservative Catholic news magazine called "Ozon". Maybe because he failed at the venture he is taking his frustation out on Catholics.

discussing matters irrelevant

That is why it's high time you, an expert in all facets of the subejct, are richly qualified to start a thread not belabouring the so-called "rights" issue (everything about that has been said a million times), but one highlighting your community in all its richness and variety, its cultural, political, economic, sociological, etc. profile and everything about it. You surely don't believe "gays" are boringly and stereotypically monothematic, do you?

civil unions recognised within a few years

Will they include incestual partnerships and marriage? Equality is equality, innit?

started by yourself.

That's no good because you've never substantively replied to any query but tried to derail any meaningful diuscussion with such red herrings as "What's that got to go with Poland" or "LGBT rights?" Like I said, you are the most well-qualified to start one and fill it with actual facts, personal expertise and the nitty-gritty about the communtiy rather than academic suppositons based on online stats.

That's what the thread's about

Since the thread title is so restrictive I've suggested you start one up titled HOMOS IN POLAND AND ELSEWHERE. Then all aspects of your favourite group could be freely and openly discussed. I suggested you do that because of your hand-on experience, expertise and presumed desire to provide fellow-PF-ers with more comprehensive information about that community.

OK, if you prefer using that idiotic euphemism, you can call it Gays in Poland and elsewhere.

P.S. Looks like a scene out of "Animal Famr" which features your favourite words of wisdom: "Everyone is equal but some are more equal than others!"

[quote=jon357]harping
You have been harping exclusively on poltical slogans: gay rights, marriage rights, marriage equality, freedom, democracy, etc.
All the other concerns (integral family, health issues, domestic violence, susbtrance abuse, promiscuity, adoptions, life expectancy) were raised by others. Not a peep about those out of you and your fellow-LGBT propagandists. Because propagandists are not paid to seek or promtoie the truth but to peddle some pet cause.

publicity seeker

Upon closer inspection it turns out that Palikot's madcap antics may only appear to be publicity seeking. They are probably an attempt to divert attention from his illegal doings. He was investigated by the National Prosrecutor over illegal campaign funds. Dariusz Piątek of the Lublin PO office said Palikot's campaign was "illegally financed", but the case was never highlighted due to Palikot's influence. (Who paysy the piper calls the tune!)

The Central Anticorruption Bureau suspected him of tampering with property statements and reporting lower wealth than he actually possessed by millions of zlotys and transferring untaxed profits to the Netherlands Antilles, a tax haven.

In addition, Palikot owes large sums of money to different companies, institutions and people. Among others, he owes 40,000 zlotys to a private contractor, Andrzej Kwapis, who renovated his office, but was never paid for the work. Palikot did not pay the money to a company that maintained his webpage, nor did he pay Piotr Tymochowicz, a public relations specialist, who helped with creating his image. In October 2011, the Electoral Committee of the Palikot Movement lost a court case against Pawel Tanajna, who had stated in Wprost weekly, that Palikot and his party act "like a mafia", paying people who service them only "50 percent or nothing". Justice Tomasz Wojciechowski said that refusing to pay bills was not "accidental, but rather a frequent practice". All in all, a rather shady and unsavoury character but at least now the publicity stunts -- a classic red herring -- make more sense.

Palikot is intelligent

Palikot is a sensation-monger and publicity seeker who will do anything (like doda coming in a super-miniskirt and making sure the paraparazzi saw she had no knickers on) to feed the tabloids. Like appearing on TV with a handgun and rubber phallus, quaffing vodka and puffing grass in public, being a poor man's Martin Luther and tacking a Declaration of Apostasy on the door of a £ódź church (but making sure ahead of time that reporters and camera crews were alerted).

He has about as much in common with democracy as Kaganovich or Minnie Mouse! In fact. Palikot is a 100% Marxist: 10% Karl (that's the Church-bashing part) and 90% Groucho!

News / Heil-Hitlering Korwin-Mikke in European Parliament [29]

Crackpot fringer Janusz Korwin-Mikke pulled another one of his publicity stunts in the European Parliament when he stood up, gave the Heil Hitler salute and parodied the Nazi slogan: "Ein Reich, ein Volk, ein Ticket". He was expresing his oppositon to unified ticketing in the EU.

In your view. do crackpots such as Korwin, Palikot, the nationalists (in the past the Beer Lovers' Party) add a touch of colour to the poltical scene, do they make their country look foolish or are they downright harmful to the body politic?

Kolejny wyskok Janusza Korwin-Mikkego w Parlamencie Europejskim. Podczas sesji plenarnej postanowił przeciwstawić się ujednolicaniu systemów biletowych w Europie. "Ein Reich, ein Volk, ein Ticket" - pokrzykiwał.

necessarily immoral??

Morality aside, it is depraving by being so sexocentric as if the brain was between one's legs. Constantly harping on rights, parades, outrageous fashions, the neo-lexicon (gay, bi, straight, crooked, hetero, homo, maso) excessive media coverage, etc. fan the flames of anything-goes liberitnism. Even if someone somehow claims he/she finds the practices aesthetically pleasing (???), which I strongly doubt (but de gustibus non est disputandum), the health hazard of the bacteriological bombshell, which has already been discussed on PF, is indisputable. Then there is the sterility, the non-procreative barrenness of such liaisons. Juxtaposing such usually short-lived "alternative" arrangements to the normal, stable, married family with kids is grossly disproportionate and misleading since the minority's 1.5% share in society should constantly be borne in mind That is why the propagandists make sure all these aspects are drowned out and shouted down out by the noisy "rights" clamour and its arsenal of familiar buzzwords and slogans.

respect for the human and civil rights

It's good to hear that ehre's still a shreed of dceceny in your beloved Fatherland where some Christians have the courage to stand up to LGBT thretas, abuse and discrimination.

Employment tribunal rules that Christian nursery worker Sarah Mbuyi in London was discriminated against because of her belief that homosexual practice is contrary to the Bible. She was sacked after airing her views on homosexuality and marriage and has won a discrimination claim against her former employer

shouted loudly and made a lot of noise

Yes, but did not call it a Disabled Pride Parade. Whether disabled by accidents or congenitally, it is not something they are rpoud of but are seeking help.

But he genetically impaired LGBT crowd are glamourising their flaw and are trying to turn it into a lifestyle option with its own symbols, celebrations, fashions and feathers. That's a huge difference.

At this point jon should chime in with his boringly predictable WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH POLAND? But you and I know he won't. The Brit Bully gang stay together and bash only normal families, Polish tradition, the Church, clergy, PiS and all those alerting others to the libertine threat.

no LGBT material or agenda is found in the Irish schools

That's good news and, as far as I know, nor is there much of that in Polish schools either. But one must be on one's guard because forces are at work to sneak in different unwanted thinns as faits accomplis.

Your protrayal of Irish schools is truly heartening if Irish youth get sensitised to the plight of the disadvantaged and disabled. But the news and entertianment media (Hollywood is US-based but spans the globe) tend to focus on the sensational and scandalous and LGBT types seem to fit the bill. Ever here of a rally proclaiming "Proud to have Down Syndrome" or Epileptic Pride Parade?

Do you really think that?

What other genetically impaired group, ie people born some way beyond their control (disabilites, phobias, various disorders, etc.) that set them off from the rest of the population get as much media, popculture and curriculum exposure as the LGBT types. When did you last read a children's book about "the Little Penguin" with no wings or arms? Have you ever watched an annual Cripples on Parade event? Are these not human beigns who deserve every bit as much consideration as your sexually-orientatred minorities? You know very well what I mean so don't strain yourself to come up with some clever (to you only) repartee.

struggling to come to terms with their sexuality

Sob sob, boo hoo...he can a struggle to come to terms with whatver he wants as long as long as his super-agenda lobbyists don't try to take over abd stick their nose into everything. Applicaiton forms, primary school sex ed, maybe a quota system. We can feel sorry for the genetically impaired, but not just one group consstituing 1.5% of society. What about the child born without legs or blind. Somehow those hard-luck stories don't get that much play and are not taught about in schools -- only the LGBT agenda is constantly at centre stage. It's always the cute little penguin with two daddies, etc., never the cute little penguin born without legs or wings.

I'd prefer to see a government led by a homosexual

It's quite obvious from your forceful, downright obsessive and horse-blinkered promotion of so-called altersexual "rights" that you'd welcome Grodzka for President and Biedroń for PM. Dream away, there's no law against it!

One wonders, however, how many votes such a ballot would attract.

prolific contribution in this thread

Exactly the opposite of your and your Brit Bully mates' obsessive promotion of legalised perversion. You and your cohorts have been deluded into believing that the breakdown of the family, the undermining of morality, the anarchisation of society through the promotion of "anything goes" lifestyless are somehow goals to be striven for. All true Chrsitians believe the supreme values to be the traditional married family raising their own "biological" children, a religion-based ethical system, social stability and human decency. It's a simple as that.
