You are saying Polish sounds like Slovak sounds like Hungarian

Well, Hungarian is not a good example here ;)

German language sounds melodic
French language sounds like someone is puking and farting with their mouth

Both at the same time? You should see a doc quick, dude. This is some serious illness ;)

How mellifluous ANY language sounds depend COMPLETELY on the speaker.

Yes and no. Most languages have typical sounds and pronunciation, no matter the accent.
I bet most of you can't tell the difference between the French spoken in Paris in the one spoken in Marseille. I do. Or the ones spoken in Belgium, Switzerland, and Canada. For you it's just French ;)

Language / What is Szkole used for?? [8]

'how is school? '

I'd say: Jaka jest szkoła?
It should be the nominative case in that...case.
Szkole would be used for 'in (the) school' -> w szkole.

History / Why will Poland always be the puppet of America? [159]

No offense, but Georgia is not Poland. It's not part of the EU, it's far and small. Sad to say but true. It's like saying that Germany could do the Anschluss thingy over Austria next week. It doesn't make sense anymore, not in 2013.

I think neither the US or Russia want another Cold War. Otherwise, let give every nation nuclear weapons, just to make sure we're all safe... Not sure I'd feel safer tbh.

History / Why will Poland always be the puppet of America? [159]

Do you really mean it? Russia won't move, these dark times are behind. Russia has enough troubles to deal with, they don't need to 'attack' Poland.

Poland's 'big brother' would be the EU, maybe. But clearly not the US. They don't give a heck about Poland and Poland's issues. They already have a hard time fixing their mistakes in Afghanistan and Irak.

News / John Godson, born in Nigeria, might become Poland Sejm's first black deputy! [313]

Could it be that we Americans have been exposed the great number of blacks ( 13,500.000) that reside here

Well, they're not less American than you are. Should i remind you that the vast majority of today's Americans descend from immigrants? ;)

+ the fact that ONE black dude made it to the Sejm doesn't hide the fact that Poland is still developping and not the best place to settle for '3rd world' persons, as you call them (not you, nunczka).

There are big Black minorities in Western Europe, especially in France and England. Most of them do well.

News / John Godson, born in Nigeria, might become Poland Sejm's first black deputy! [313]

it's the dangerous message he sents to people from Africa who want to come to Europe.

Yeah, because people in Africa know everything about ethnicity groups in the Polish Sejm ;)

Don't say it's not about skin colour, it is. If he was Serbian, it would be much better. White and probably Catholic. Good boy.

So the fact that such 3rd world males are walking advertisements for mass immigration to Poland

You seem to forget that Poland have been a country of mass emigration for centuries.
And the Poles who emigrated must have taken jobs and fµcked women too. C'est la vie.

Why would you care anyway? You're not even Polish.
And stop talking about 'slavic pride'. People have a life.

Genealogy / Polish person's average height? [210]

Good question, LTB ;)
If she's 7 feet tall, i know why she thinks people around her are short.

Genealogy / Polish person's average height? [210]

There have been a few threads about height already.

Polish people are not short people. There are short and tall people everywhere, but on the whole, they are average, or even above-average.

Depends what you mean by 'short'.

Polonia / What About The Poles In The Netherlands? [102]

Ok, maybe it's not the right thread for this but i've got a few questions about your language.

The two letters -ij make the sound [ai], right?
The combination of -sch is not the same as in German, it's not pronounced the same, isn't it? Not [sh] but...something like [sx], i'm not sure. ([x] a bit like German 'ch')

Polonia / What About The Poles In The Netherlands? [102]

I don't know much about that. But i guess the Poles and the Dutch must get along quite well. They both like jokes about Germans ;)

The difficult Dutch language? Not much harder than German, and there are many Poles speaking German.

Life / Polish stereotypes of other nationalities!? [472]

It's for enterainment purposes only. Don't try this at home.

Is it? Sh*t, i thought it was scientifically proved...
;)

I am at least 5 billion years old

Eh, i knew you were old.
(4,6 billion to be precise)

Mother Earth is the only woman everybody should love, I think

I agree, but not everybody actually does.

MareGaea

Very nice list, had a nice time reading all of it ;)
I've got a question tho: have you tried to sleep with girls from all those countries?
Man... And how old are you? Something like 250, huh? ;)
