Except that small amounts of alcohol can actually increase both your sensory processing and reaction time. This is not widely propagated, as it is a dangerous information and goes against the general policy.

A bit like Crack cocaine. Which you are clearly smoking.

At this time of year when the weather starts turning to sh1t the best pick me up before the winter is to trade in the car and buy a newer one. This will have the effect of making your neighbours more jealous and envious, thus allowing you to wallow in the fact the weather maybe miserable but you have a new car, while for them the weather is miserable and you have a new car and they don't.

Now you have completely forgotten about the weather. :)

Please for Christ sake unless you are married to an honest savvy Polish woman whose family knows the crack DO NOT go running into Poland blind, that is going to end in tears.

First visit the country.
If you like it try living here.
if you like living here buy an apartment (easier to resell if you choose to leave).
If you have enough money buy several apartments and rent them out.
Be very wary of Land you will need a good lawyer, a friendly clerk and an honest partner
(if you don't have the language) with whom to process any business concerning Land.

Real Estate is a minefield in Poland, even for seasoned harden pros it is a headache.
