i think something smells very bad I heard that those buildings where constructed the way to absorb crashes from few airplanes, and that they have a core columns from sone kind of metal that supposed to still be there standing up after rest of building went down, so that core column must have been cut in several spots.
and that the buildings went down in speed (or rather pace) that suggests that something was alternating the law of gravity (maybe explosions that were cutting the core column?)
also I heard that one of supposed kakikaze pilots was so bad, that he had problems with easiest flying manouvres not to mention trying to crash a plane in high building
maybe you guys know something that could clear this clouds?
Yeah, nothing new, these are the usual theories of a bunch of idiots who say that the whole 09/11 was a conspiracy by the US government/military/Israel.. Next they will be explaining to us that the Sun revolves around the Earth..
As will be apparent from numerous threads, I deplore the loss of innocent life and I'm sure considerate Poles feel the same way. The globalists wanted the symbolism of it all to serve as a pretext but humanists can only pour scorn on that. Rightly so!
True, rock. It was on the table as the PNAC blueprint in 1996 but I'm not going to go into that here. RIP. Try to imagine jumping from the 110th floor. Yikes!
I would really like to know poles feeling about 10th anniversary abpout 9/11
9/11 was a very big thing in Poland, 1st anniversary was a big thing (I think several monuments were errected) but 10th one... average joe doesn't really care much and that's quite natural reaction I think... It will also happen in America in some time...
Many people came out of the woodwork to write books, become 'correspondents' and others just to sell arms. It was a huge moneyspinner for many individuals so why should Poles become embroiled in all that shameless capitalism? Many Poles are above that BS!
Try to imagine jumping from the 110th floor. Yikes!
Try to imagine being on the receiving end of the shock and awe campaign as a civilian or at a wedding where the only celebratory gun fire you hear is that made by the bombs because someone is too trigger happy seeing a larger gathering of people suspecting the worst and that’s the last sound you’ll ever hear. On the eneversry of this despicable act all the innocent life that was lost should be remembered. I have a real hard time expressing my sympathy to someone that does not have a shred of humanity left in him.
When one equates the lose of innocent human life in the name of politics or revenge to that of an innominate object calling it as Collateral Damage does not have a higher moral ground in my opinion. When the question was posed by some pesky reporter about the number of innocent civilian casualties suffered by the other side at some press conference every single time the reply was an automatic “we do not keep the score on collateral damage” by the authority, degrading it in the process to that worth less than a livestock.
Instead of asking this stupid question what are Poles feelings about this tragedy perhaps the Yank here should stop and reflect on the consequences of it and ask himself “WHAT’S THE SCORE NOW” “DO I FEEL REVANGED”. Did you ever stopped to think about other who you dragged in to this just to have some legitimacy so others won’t think it’s all about revenge and oil? Did you even mention the loss of coalition soldiers who died in this campaign? Are you so shallow and conceited to think only of yourself? To you only the life of a Yank is worth something and it’s all about you but you don’t stop and think about the impact it had on others that you dragged into this revenge trip of yours. Oh cry me a river, like I give a **** about you. Just like you the only thing I care about is the loss of our boys, for what exactly?
As will be apparent from numerous threads, I deplore the loss of innocent life and I'm sure considerate Poles feel the same way.
Almost entire evening news on the main channel TVP1 was devoted to 11.09. It focused on Polish memories and involvement. One man drew my attention: Janusz SzymaĆski, an engineer who worked in ground zero for 8 moths after the tragedy. He still can`t shake off the view of bodies they found in the debris.
I'm not surprised, pawian. Explosives, fires and beams blocked stairwells so many were forced to see those bodies. Had they not used explosives to detonate those buildings then more people would have escaped. Almost all as even a steel building fully engulfed in flames for 20 hours won't fall to pulverised material.
I really don't want to imagine the impact many would have felt as the buildings were taken down. RIP to any Poles and all those who lost their lives.

I can say we all felt like Americans then - completely shocked. And traditional Polish solidarity surfaced. I still remember how the head teacher and other staff in my school thought of getting an American flag and displaying it outside with a black ribbon.
I was working at a building services company at the time and can remember the company coming to a standstill. I remember watching the news with my mum later and being aghast and stunned just like most others.
However, I went down the Jesse Ventura road and started investigating it. Now I know the full extent of the evil that was involved in orchestrating it. Truly disgusting!

There are probably fewer than 600 people in the world with my surname, yet someone with that surname died in the Twin Towers. It's unlikely, but it's certainly possible (due to the rarity of our name) that we could even have been distant relatives. That really brought it home to us, and made it even more personal than hearing that (tq Wroclaw) six Polish nationals died in the disaster.
Thanks, Wroclaw.. I wasn't aware Polish nationals died as well. RIP.
However, at the end of the day, and as an American, I'd like move on from the whole thing. Idiots over here use the incident as continual calls to invade more countries.. more pre-emptive attacks. Basically, doing the very damn thing the terrorists did to us. :- \
I was 15 and staying with my aunt in Williamsburg during that time... I remember everything that day. I was standing on the williamsburg bridge watching the towers collapse..
Also, my cousin, Edyta, worked in the south tower on the 37th floor, but her shift started at 9:30 am... she was riding on the subway as the north tower got struck by the plane..
IMHO its about time "they" left those actually affected to greive in peace. For a fortnight now every news broadcast has had some reference to it,67 Britons died on 11/9, for their families it must be doubly awfull,of course they will never forget, but to actually see the moments their loved ones died over and over and over again ,I just cant comprehend that.....
I cant of course speak for the US,but reading between the lines it seems a lot share my view, leave the victims in peace and stop using it as a rallying cry for more young americans to be sent to die in far off dusty countries.
Wholeheartedly agree but add that the disgusting sick pups and their baseless masturbatory fantasies should fu*k off and get a life rather than sponge off the tragedy of others.
Merged: 9/11 'The Polish Opinion' Who was responsible??
A bit of a different angle really and i'm not sure if it has been asked here before..... Who do you feel is responsible for 9/11?? & what are the reasons behind it?? I'm not goig to give you my view until i've heard a few from the Poles & other people out there. I don't want to say anything because it may effect what you have to say.....
All i will say is that yesterday was a day to remember those 2,977 people who were killed on 9/11/01.. Also a day to show respect for the bravery of the emergency services on that day.. With a special mention to the FDNY, who went way beyond the call of duty......
I'm not sure if there was still a way to create a poll on here and if there is, maybe somebody could point me in the right direction... i'm just looking for open honest opinion about 9/11 and the goings on.... Please however remember and respect those who either lost their lives, or those that knew or were related to somebody killed on that day..
who is responsible? those who drove the planes into the buildings. However, I do believe it could have been prevented and that is the fault of the American gov't that was in charge during that time. Dubya and his drones.
I was thinking a long time about this situation. Trying to connect the dots. Cui bono?
First - I don't believe in War on Terror. In fact - ten years of occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan effects are quite opposite. A whole new generation of terrorists grow up.
There is little wonder in this. Countless thousands of young men in these countries has been affected. They lost family members, houses, any chance for education or career. At the same time they become accustomed with violence. In this situation - a carrier of professional extremist is the only available to them.
Second - the official explanation on these wars are just ridicules. We all know the truth about Saddam's mythical weapons of mass destruction. And invading the whole country (Afghanistan) in order to catch and kill one man is equally mad.
These wars are just plain stupid and pointless if one wants to believe in official explanation. So - why? Why the USA continue this affair for 10 years?
My private theory is quite simple. I think that in the future historic handbooks the War on Terror would be considered a minor detail. I think that the XXI century would be remembered as a time of much more serious conflict.
The mighty power of US economy is shrinking already. The national debt is sky high. And they can't fix it. At the same time the economic and military power of China is growing rapidly. Sooner or later the Chinese would try to reach what they think they deserve - the status of Empire and a Yuan as an universal international currency. That would be the end of the US of A.
The war between China and the USA is just a matter of time. If the USA would win - it's huge debt held by China would be probably written off.
Not forget Russia and India.
What is happening now is a preparation. In future, when the time come, the USA would need huge, well trained and well equipped army. And all of this cost money. In the time of peace such an budget is beyond the reach for the army-industrial complex.
But in the time of war everything changes. What the USA needs right now is war. A little small scale never ending war. And the Arab countries are perfect target for two reasons - they are no real threat to the US and there is oil as a bonus.
Additional bonus is that the war hysteria (or fierce patriotism if you like) allow the US government change the nation. In the time of war it's much easier to take some rights and privileges from the people.
"Give up your freedom for more security" - It's happening right now. And people fighting for their rights would be branded as traitors. It's much easier to create an obedient and disciplined nation that is easy to govern when the war is on the news.
Ironically - I think that the real target in the Iraq and Afghanistan war is not some mythical "terrorist" but the American nation itself. But sadly - it has to be like that.
In order to survive - "the land of the brave and home of the free" has to become the land of strong, obedient and disciplined people. And for this process - a war is needed.
BTW - Take a look at the map of Afghanistan. This is realy good strategic position. And a mainland of China can be easily invaded from there.
I'm not sure why my post was merged with this one... this post is asking how people feel about the 10th anniversary.... mine was asking about who was responsible for the original event... this should be a post for respect and rememberance... where as mine is looking and question what went on that day and who is responsible.... Please re-instate it as a seperate post, i think it is out of place to put these two topics together, as well as a little disrespectful...
Thanks
