Have you ever wondered what differentiates Poles from the other nations of the world? Why does Poland exist? What is its mission/purpose, if any? Please give appropriate and reasonable answers.

Please give appropriate and reasonable answers.

I don't understand. Is it not reasonable to ask such a question?

Many questions at once... Reasonable if you are a patriot, (for communist logic surely not reasonable!)
1) Every nation's history differentiates from one another, but of course, Polish is special due to the incidents of let's say last 250 years.
2) Poland exists AGAIN thanks to its American friends, who achieved to defeat Germany in 1917-18: without their help, WWI would last surely longer and if there were a Polish state, then it would be very different (a vassal state of Germany, if at all...)

3) Every nation's purpose is to maintain its culture, language, history, guarantee its citizens equal rights, and an oppurtunity to thrive...

Polish history isn't very special in the last 100 years - plenty of countries such as Bosnia and Kosovo owe their existence to the Americans.

If you are Polish and ask such a qestion you are a freak or not really Polish. If you are not Polish you are trolling.

Poland has her own culture, language, and territory.

Why does Poland exist?

Because it has her own culture, language, and territory, as do most nations in the world.

What is its mission/purpose, if any?

To maintain her sovereignty and independence, which is the right of other nations in the world.

Polish is special due to the incidents of let's say last 250 years.

Poland's history was definitely turbulent yes, however I would beg to differ. Most of Eastern Europe was going through very similar troubles, aside from them all existing under serfdom.

Notice he hasn't come back. With no info on why he wants to know or his own opinion this is indeed, a dumb question.

It is, especially as there's no single answer and not all are the same.

Actually, this sounds like a question for some sort of history paper. Perhaps everyone had to choose a country in Europe and answer these questions. Just a guess.

It might be the right guess. There's a fashion for teachers to set 'deconstructing' questions - it's actually a good idea since if it's done right it really gets them thinking objectively, however asking it here will just bring up a ton of crap that the teacher doesn't want to get in the essay.

Poles have own language and culture similar to other west Slavs and other Slavic people in general
Poland exist's because of the Soviet union defeating Germany in WW2, without that Poland would be occupied and colonized by the Germans and would not exist

My Mission for Poland is for it to look out for it's own interests and build strong relationships with other Slavic countries, It exists so Poles have a place to call home
