Actually this is a question about hatred between Ukranians and Belorussians from one side and Jews from another. These "shinkarni" were originally on territories temporally captured by former RP. So, this situation has nothing common with russian.

Part of Polish nobility on east were polonisated Bielrussian and Ukrainian elites. By laubor class or peasants they were considered Polish and were expeled like native Polish nobility ... Thanks to that we were able to rebuild our intelectual resources after horrible WWII.

Yes I call them intelectuals, when Germans have been trying to exterminate our resources in central and western Poland intelectual influx from east had value. When I talk about east I mean central Bielruss and Ukraine. Lwów and Wilno had been in smashing majority ethnicly Polish. All this resources were very valuable after the war. I don't know why do you call them russophobic when they were packed into trains and send to central western Poland they had to left everything.

They don't. It's illogical to strive after the better relationship with Russia dancing at american pipe and installing missile shield in Poland. In its turn Rus Gov prudently touches the chord of Polish gov's unfriendly moves in order to better show Russians that nowadays Poland are none of friend. The problem is mutual.
