Can Poland allow itself to refuse Slavija?

Can Slavic countries become more culturally homogenous and Eastern Europe more civilized? How exactly it may happen?

It happening. Slovenia, Poland, Czech Republic, Serbia, all faces serious economic and every progress.


Best way is to make Siberian resources available preferable to all Slavs. I thinks other Slavs need that deal with Russia. It belong to all Slavs, if we are to be frank.
