What do Polish people think about Belorussians?

You don't have to be a fcuking genius to find out, the Russians were always in favor of dictatorial rule in Belarus which is not what the ordinary people want in Belarus. If it would not be for Russian meddling, the people of Belarus would be free today.

I did not realize that there are so many similarities between Polish and Belorussian, it almost seems closer to Polish than Russian:)

I would like to take notice, in the 2nd movie the main language is Belarussian. The Polish language is only at the beginnig when belarussian guy are trying to speak Polish. He is sitting in the car. However, he is Belarussian and he speak Polish with belarussian accent. That was made not to confuse someone, cuz there are a lot of different opinions on youtube. But, to tell you the truth his destiny isn't so inspiring nowadays.

Interestin fact is that Lukashenko doesn't know the Belarussian language. He speaks kolkhoz accent Russian. :)))
Another interesting fact can be seen when he lay down his hand on Constitution... As everyone may guess, he is swearing on Constitution that he will be reliable, true, fair president :D but as we may see next, he, nominally, alter one of the main Constitution principle, as "Election of the president" (Currently he may be the president of Belarus forever). And that give him a chance officially to stay on his post utill his death. CAN ANYONE IMAGINE THAT IN THE 21TH CENTURY??? The Constitution has been changed.

I'd like to make a statement and to say some words about the current national flag of Belarus:
It has always been "White-Red-White" flag, but not the Soviet one "Green-Red". A bit confused, but that can be understood... Lukashenko is the next generation of USSR.

I have never seen in my life the university with the Belarussian language, as the general language. They were exicting, but not at present. But, for example, in some Universities we can find some lecturers which speak and teach only in Belarussian and yes, the most of them do that by the reason of their moral standards.

At last if we won't do some changes in futer or now, this System will kill itself. No one can argue with the economic laws ;)

I was talking about the present day. :) Seems like one has to...

Not only one! Almost all people in my environment against such politics and they are bussinesmen, doctors, engineers, teachers, lawers etc, but they are not police officers or other defence and law enforcement agencies. We have tasted the life with Russia and we didn't like it much. BUT THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE ARE WELCOM HERE AS THE POLISH PEOPLE AND OTHER NATIONALITIES! (Please, take a look, the Serbian people are in love with the Russian people, although they are trying to became part of EU) My opinion: We must return to the past of Belarus. I don't know wheather we will like it or weather not, but we must try to do that. In conclusion, I would like to notice that we will make it in our own way, not like Ukraine or Georgia. And we will make it without firearms or things like that.

I have nothing to say about the 2nd film, cuz i can't play it for some reason.
P.S. By the way, now in Belarus you can't use the computer in Internet Cafe without holding your pasport :))) This fact give myself the idea why... :D

With all my respect Sasha, if it would be OK for you, you can grab information from the Internet or be my guest, I can make an excursion for you.

As I always say: Young peopple in Belarus want to became part of Europe and middle class as well that's why "L" is trying to destroy it economically (according to the views of my region of country)... The salary of excavator operator is 1000$/mounth and the salary of a nurse is 120$/mounth.

Besides Lukashenko is obviously not a Russian agent on throne. He has his own agenda.

Obviously, he plays his own game. BUT, he is just another an old soviet guy with the soviet psychology and with Imperialistic ambitions

P.S. At the beginnig i thought this theme wouldn't be about politics, but I was wrong :(((

Would you care to explain why he calls himself Russia's best friend, and he considers Russia as his best friend?

A groundless statement on your part. The history doesn't know the conjunctive mood. Besides Lukashenko is obviously not a Russian agent on throne. He has his own agenda.

Hardly if the west did anything to remove him and give the people of Belarus their freedom, then the Russians from some strange and over mighty sense of self importance would go ape ****. Because Russia's prestige comes before human rights and always has.

I think Belarussians in Poland should explain more that they are from Belarus, otherwise a lot of Poles will think it is just another Russian.

Would you care to explain why he calls himself Russia's best friend, and he considers Russia as his best friend?

"L" says smth like: "Hello Russia, give us a bit of gas and oil for nearly free, well you know, cuz we are brothers, aren't we?"

And when Hugo Chawis arrives, he says: "Hugo! Our nations are so close, we are brothers, we have a lot of comman things (lol), you know, so would you mind to give us some oil, please"

At last when he need to show his disrespect to Russia he spent people's money to save Bakiyev. Do we need him here, in Bealarus (lol), and actually who was he unitll the revolution has came???

Hardly if the west did anything to remove him and give the people of Belarus their freedom, then the Russians from some strange and over mighty sense of self importance would go ape ****. Because Russia's prestige comes before human rights and always has.

I think we should remove him with our own hands and then the people of belarus will choose the right way. As for me prsonaly, I don't accept any way of development except of Europe way. There will be never such a failure as it was in Ukaraine or Geargia, but we need time.

Thanks :)

We are using Partisans methods as it ws during WW2 :)
And Poland helps us a lot.

Start with correct spelling of Ukraine and Georgia. Wish all the best to your country. Just remember nothing is a failure, there can be only an unsuccessful trial. Nobody gave up. Better dare than stare ;)

I've met a few. Very decent, nothing bad about them.

My father knows 2 Belorussians at his work and he says they are great and they say good things about Poland and Polish people.

Same thing with Ukrainians. The ones I met were great. When they found out I was Polish they were happy and many of them spoke Polish really well, and I was impressed.

Belorussians and Ukrainians, from my experience, are much better than Russians. Most Russians I have met in my life were just downright rude and cold.
