Struski/Malek - Can Anyone help me find out my ethnicity?

My parents are both polish, ones from chelm the others from lublin, my father last name was struski and my mothers was malek. i am 6 foot 1 inch tall, broad shouldered,broad chested, strong ass legs and big feet. and my second toe is longer than my first, i got that from my dad. high cheek bones, big cheeks, im a hairy ******, but not very. my facial hair is blonde as well. dark blonde hair, grey ( and slightly very slightly green/blue) my hair is wavy, i build muscle verrrrrrrry quickly, im very heavy, but not fat, i weigh 247 and look like im 190-200. i have a slightly convex nose, my family has "potatoe" noses. OH! and the most important part.....VERY loud sneezes. my father and his father and probably his father had loud ass sneezes, as do i haha. Mentality wise, im a rude, insensitive , tad bit racist. i have a very very nasty temper, when i was younger, growing in a dog eat dog city life, i would always have to fight, and i had this berserker fury ( saved my ass many times) that made me a very very tough to beat person, the only time i lost fights is when i was attacked by more than one person,or fighting someone with superior fighting skill /strength and even then i never gave up. i have a feeling i got this from ancient barbarian ancestors probably. i think i might have ukrainian or nordic blood, but the only thing i know for sure is that im polish, but not sure what kind of polish.

f stop, your prolly right, i guess tough and violent childhood is probably why im mean. but yeah, , im 1st one in my family born in the west ( but technically i was "made" in poland haha) i was born like 2 months after my family came to canada. heres a link my profile of me, im pretty positive i have at least a little ukrainian becuase my mom lived very close to the border, as for my dad, he's blue blood apparently.
