I am looking for missing relatives ( Mancarz ) Last known address was in Warsaw

Hi,

Looking for my great-grandmother's sister's descendants in Poland.

My great-grandmother's sister was called Maria Mancarz (née Tammimäki). She was a Finn who married a Pole in the 1930's(?). Her last known address was Ul Różana 19 in Warsaw some time in the 1950's.

Any ideas anybody?

There are some ways e.g. :
1) write to actual manager of this real estate :
WSPÓLNOTA MIESZKANIOWA NIERUCHOMOŚCI PRZY UL. RÓŻANEJ 19, UL. RÓŻANA 19, 02-548 WARSZAWA or
2) warsaw's city office:
Delegatura Biura Administracji i Spraw Obywatelskich w Dzielnicy Mokotów, 02-517 Warszawa, ul. Rakowiecka 25/27
3) gavermant administration :
Centralne Biuro Adresowe ul. Kazimierzowska 60, 02 - 543 Warszawa

According to no 2 and 3 you need fill the form application up as bellow and pay fee.

ad 3 you don't need fill the form up, but is the risc the administrator don't have any information about 50's.
