This document states in question 14 the place of birth of the bride. I cannot figure out what it says. I would so appreciate your help with it!

Just guessing: Stautenheim, Staudenheim, Staubenheim ?

Looks like Stautenheim to me, although I believe that the place has been misspelled on the birth certificate. The only Stautenheim I could find online ( de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Studernheim_%28W%C3%BCstung%29 ) was also called Studernheim, Staudenheim or Staudernheim in the 18th century, but it doesn't exist anymore since at least 1670. It's now a 'Wüstung' (a place that was settled in the past, but has been abandoned) close to the town of Hammerau/Weiler.

Possibly Staudernheim an der Nahe, which is a small town on the Nahe river near Bad Sobernheim and Bad Kreuznach. My ancestors left there in 1741. I don't know the year your ancestor was born, but Staudernheim was part of Prussia in the early 19th century. It's now part of Rhineland Palatinate. I visited Staudernheim a few years ago.

Merged: Vernon/Vernan, Prussia - need to find the place

My great-great aunt was born 1836. Her obituary says she was born in Vernan, Prussia. I can't find anything remotely close on any old maps. I realize the obit might be misspelled. Can anyone help?

Do you have a death certificate? That might be an easier way of finding out.

Her obituary says she was born in Vernan, Prussia

Are you sure she was born in Prussia and not in Vernon, PA?
