Could you recommend me a fresh Polish juice from fruit?

Was buying Tymbark and Kubuś but not sure anymore.
Kubuś has now gone plastic and reduced the juice content while Tymbark keeps using concentrates from unspecified sources.
Is there a Polish brand that makes fresh juice from the fruit and packs it in glass containers?
Have looked around but almost giving up. Are there any out there?
Thank you all.

why don't you go for those fruit juices in cartons - sure they are more expensive but typically good qualtiy and tasty - there are lots of tastes too - many contain fruit pulp and are simply delicious (jabłko antonówka from Tymbark is very good, there is also plum juice from some producer by don't remember which one, it's got fruit pulp in it too) - juice in karton deos not neet any preservatives as it is not affected by light and it's typically not as sweet as bottled juice - and yes Kubuś went to the dogs - it once was very thick stuff but the competition started selling much cheaper stuff which was much more watery and people have fallen for that trick - still it is good to have some of these even watery things from for example Biedronka (they have green, yellow and orange variety and the colour comes only from the fruit (and vegs) used

aha there is a caveat to cartonned fruit juices - some cheap brands have sweeteners (aspartam and other) instead of sugar and they taste really bad - always read the ingredients part on the packaging

This company is good: rembowscy.pl/index_en.html the drinks are not so expensive. There is one company that is fantastic, but they only make drinks in small volumes.

From my experience, cartons or fruit pulp content don't constitute real juice,i have drunk most of Tymbark products and they are quite tasty however it's clearly written that they come from concentrated juice.

This company is good

Cheers, Wedle! We'll give them a ring.

Buy a juicer and make your own, much better and you know exactly what is in there.

Exactly.

Fresh cherry juice is very healthy. Good for insomnia. The Tymbark stuff has additives but still tastes good.

I buy freshly squeezed juice from the veggie stand and it is good for 24 hours only, half a litre costs about 3 pln and it is goood. It comes in carrot, apple carrot and apple and red beets. I don't know if you have that in your area, but this is the only one I would recommend to be honest. Any other juices are not fresh.

Pomegranate juice.
There are various brands on the market, and I have tried most of them. Grante is the best - tastes the closest to freshly-squeezed pomegranate juice. Yes, we have a juicer. It tastes rather like dry red wine. Its properties are strange - it dilates the veins and acts as a mild aphrodisiac. At least it does on me. It's also exceptionally good for your heart and prostate.

Why not drink Aronia juice it is produced in Poland and it is relatively inexpensive in comparison to the rest of the world.

Elderberry juice. It is very high in anti-oxidants (and also tannin). In small amounts it is very healthy.

this is the best answer so far. they sell cheapish juicers on allegro- buy one and make your own. You can use the leftover pulp in baking recipes.

The aronia is a superfood, richer in anti-cancer antioxidants than raspberries and more modern imports such as the goji and acai. It even has three times the level of antioxidants found in blueberries. Actually, this berry contains the highest concentration of flavonoids and antioxidants than any other known natural food product.

The aronia is a superfood,

But it tastes horrible you have to mix it with something to make it palatable, I guess something like Spiritus infused with Aronia;)

Go the Juicer route

a superfood,

Indeed. And a very traditional British ingredient. The main problem with elderberries though is the amount of Tannin - mixed with apple, the effect is somewhat mitigated. Personally I prefer cordial made from the blossom, elderflower. Both make good wine.

aronia is full of tannins but elderberry not at all - I know cause we occasionally make elderberry juice as a winter preserve (it's quite tasty though some people don't like the flavour)

aha and elderberry is not aronia and aronia is not elderberry - they are not even close in flavour and neither are botanically (all they share is similar though different colour of the fruit)

Most berry fruits are mixed with apple juice in Poland, apple is the cheapest fruit in PL and has a high sugar content. Every morning I have 100 ml of a special Aronia juice mix in a shake. Its my kick start as I don't do coffee.

I grow Aronia and use the berries to flavour alcohol, you need to mix the juice with something sweet otherwise it would be impossible to drink this side of an Iron Man competition.

I'm sure it gives you a good kick in the morning:)
