No offense intended but you must be kidding me with this question.

yerbamateshop.cz
mate-tee.de/Mate-Tee:::6.html
yerbamateshop.sk
yerbamatestore.pl/

compare prices, i find Czech and Slovak (euro) bit cheaper than the Polish ones
(I am talking in general, not about "yerba-mate")

Any of the Kuchnia Swiat stores. Many different kinds/different prices. There is one in the center as you are entering Zloty Tarasy from the train station in Warsaw.

Kuchnia Swiata are the best, they also sell the special cups. A big range of Yerba mate.

From my experience of Kuchnia Swiata they do not sell fresh loose leaves only the boxed variety, as for the wooden vessels and metal pipes they are available all over Poland. I am not an advocate of Kuchnia Swiata I believe them to be overpriced and over hyped there are many specialist places in Poland offering better quality and price. Lets not forget Poland is the number 2 after the UK as tea consumer in the EU

Kuchnia Swiata may have a good choice but they tend to be rather overpriced. I'd suggest looking on Allegro.

Basically any shop in the larger cities that sells tea, spices or international specialty foods will have it. It's easy to find, there is a very large selection, and it's not at all that expensive. In Wrocław, there are easily ten places just in the old town where you can buy it, including the tea stand in Hala Targowa, and at least one shop in each of the shopping centers.

It's cheap. If I remember correctly, about 20 PLN for a large bag that will last months even if you drink it every day.

a large bag that will last months

When I used to drink it, I found it used to go stale quite quickly and you wouldn't get the effect from it. Usually better to buy it in smaller quantities and in sealed packets. That's one reason Kuchnia Swiata is good, and of course they have a fairly high turnover so you can be sure it hasn't been in the stock room for 3 years. Sure, you can find it for sixpence cheaper if you go to a shop a few miles away bur at KS at least you know it'll be decent.

We get the one that says Pipore or some such on it. You can reseal it and it costs 20 some zl. It lasts a while and we fill the cups at least half full, like you're supposed to, so I hear. We drink it sporadically though, sometimes everyday, sometimes we don't even think about it for weeks.

Ok! So it is not soo expensive.. I drink almost everyday, hot or cold.. better the cold one here, but because of the weather there, it is better hot water.

The places u mentioned are not in Warsaw right?

Yes, lots of places sell. It. Kuchnia Swiata though have a particularly large range of types. The Zloty Taras one is better than at Arkadia which has reduced in size.
