How about some "oscypek" cheese???????anyone try it it?--looks very tasty on the barbee.

No sh*t. Good luck finding a decent cut of meat here. It's all made to be boiled, pounded, or stewed.

That said, the result of the boiling, pounding, and stewing is great.

looks very tasty on the barbee.

The little ones are good on the grill.

you guys grill oscypek? that is just strange. hmm unfortunately oscypek is rather hard to locate here in the states. :(

grilled oscypek are habit forming and ideally consumed in vast quantities with ice cold beer.
