I used ready made cheese coz grinding it last time was drudgery.
Huh? What cheese are you using normally to grind it? I just buy ready made tubs of Twaróg mielony. I do have a vague memory of some cheese not being minced though....
instead added condensed milk and pudding mix.
That's a new one on me! Pudding mix, do you mean budyń? That seems to go into a few Polish desserts. How did the experiment turn out?
