Anyone on PF familiar with this book? It was written by Peter Żerański and his wife. His mother Alina wrote a Pol-Am classic -- the Art of Polish Cooking. Looks interesting judging by the reviews.

If it's like the 'Polish' cookbook I have, more than 70% of the dishes won't be Polish at all.

Nope, can't say I'm familiar with it. I'll look for it though, at the upcoming Polish Bazaar;)

If it's a Pol-Am cook book, it's probably full of recipes like "how to make a 'Polish Dog' ", lol

What would you consider it to be?

A strange mix of different stuff. Not saying it's not good but you wont hear too many Polish grannies giving you these recipes.
