With planning consent for a Hotel complex to include wooden cabins, Restaurant, Tennis count etc formerly, or split into individual house plots, the size is just over 12,000 Sqm,

Can someone help with ways to sell and what price it's worth for a quick sale.

Do you want to sell it on your own or through a real estate agency?

The only way to sell the land is through the office of the Polish notary public.

How many square metres, does it have electricity, plus mains water and mains sewerage/drainage?
