You can assume what you like or wish to bet on what you like. People like you obviously have never ran a business just like to pass their time on the net pointing fingers and making comments on others.

Fact of teh matter is that I do have English staff, but hiring more has proved impossible for the past four months and yes everyone who was given the opportunity was lazy called in sick every second day and so on.

Our business is in an area of almost 100% english community yet impossible to hire. Based of our English staffs and customers recommendations this rour is being taken and hope to find a long term decent Polish staff.

you didnt answer my questions about PAYE and holiday pay..:) Minimum wage?

By the way is it even legal to specify the nationality of staff when you are recruiting?

You're not likely to find any staff here. Most Poles who frequent this forum are educated, fluent English speakers who wouldn't be up for a job in a chippy. If you're absolutely set on hiring Poles why don't you ask some Polski skleps in your town if you can stick an ad somewhere in their shop?
