I am married with a polish citizen here in poland.Then we have been having some marital problems which I'd like to seek advice of a trusted and reliable lawyer,asap.
Hi guys, Please I need a very good divorce lawyer in Poznan.I am tired and my heart bleeds anytime I remember what kind of marriage and in-laws I got myself into.
I need a good lawyer that can really help me because my wife and her family have ganged up against me and threatening fire and hailstorm.
best thing to do i come to an agreement and write it down pay 1000zl a month for the child that should do it. lawyers = money and trouble plus polish courts are tough on foreign spouses.
Well this is the point in question some families make up all sorts of stories about their daughter being abused, beaten by the spouse, drag in a few local drunks as witnesses and hey presto major payday.
Better pay 1000zl which is more than a polish court would award but then you don't get all the agro of court, plus let the polish spouse do all the donkey work to get divorced as its in their interest to move on to the next partner/victim.
What about appeal (to) the supreme court ? Everyone has right to appeal to supreme court? Lets say Im not satisfied from the verdict and I want to appeal, In what circumstances the supreme court may refuse the appeal? How long the decision takes of the supreme court?
What part you did not understand what Dolno explained?Months if not years of aggravation and lawyers fee.Dont probably get to see your kid who will grow without a parent most likely young and tend to forget.And again if the verdict is witheld???Kid is the one who will suffer more silently.
Perhaps all foreigners would like to solve it with mutual agreements. I guess anyone would not like to be in the court as a foreigner.
@O WELL
I do not have a kid if you indicate me. Moreover, not everyone is able to solve it with mutual agreements. In order to success it both of the spouses should respect each other but of course they dont.
Then hire a good law firm and drag the case as long as you can till the other party gets tired and gives up or agrees to settle at your terms.All depends what amounts at stake(money).Sometimes its cheaper to pay and sometimes it pays to fight depending on individual situation.
Let me get back to the subject. When does the court decides first hearing in the fault divorces ? As far I as I remember after you answer the plaintiff letter, right?
