Hello,

I am not sure if anyone is using this forum currently. But are there any students of Polish descent studying at University of Sydney?
Also, is there a large Polish community where there might be a Polish Catholic church or a Polish Hall (Dom Polski) within a close distance?

If anyone is able to answer to this post I would be very grateful!

Thank you in advance!

Pozdrawiam!

Dear Sir or Madam
I am a researcher for Liverpool University and Combined Universities Oxford/Cambridge, England. I'm researching the life of Stefan Gryff,, actor and drama coach, who is recently deceased, who was originally Polish and emigrated to Australia in 1955.

(3,06,2017). His father wrote a book - RED HELL by Felix Gryff, - about their family's early lives as prisoners of the Russians. It was first published in Australia in 1996, with the number B0006FCEY4, but I cannot seem to get hold of a copy.

(Sydney University has 7 copies, but won't part with any of them! I don't blame them!).

Can anyone help me to trace a copy, but if you are too busy, could you advise me with any information or help with recommendations (of or to) anyone you might think could assist.

Thank you so much
Brian Coughlan
