richtorx 2 | 5 9 May 2009 / #1Hi guys!I arrived in Poland (Oswiecim concretely) a couple of weeks ago and I applied to work as Spanish Teacher in several language academies but unfortunately I have not been successful due to the end of the school year.Does someone know a job that a person who masters English, French, German, Catalan and is a Spanish Teacher, native speaker of the last mentioned language, can do in Poland other than teaching? Thanks a lot!Tony

OP richtorx 2 | 5 9 May 2009 / #3I have no idea about Auschwitz or its History. And I guess I would need to know Polish. They have already guides. I do not think they would need someone else. Maybe it is worth trying, but I would not explain things like a Polish person who knows the History of his/her town, so...It will be hard. Thanks!
McCoy 27 | 1,269 9 May 2009 / #4i guess they have a different guides for groups from different countries. so you wouldnt work with polish tourists but with lets say french and spanish. learning everything what you need to know to be a guide shouldnt take you longer than one month i guess. give it a try, there are more and more spanish tourist in krakow from what ive noticed.

OP richtorx 2 | 5 10 May 2009 / #7I do not know how. Do you know of any of advertising way apart from newspapers? If it is only through newspapers, do you know any that can be reliable?
