Best place to advertise for Polish IT workers

Hi All

I need to employ some IT guys (java web developers). I have tried advertising on here, plus at the local work office, word of mouth etc.. with very limited success (1 employee started, possibly 1 more to start at a future date)

I guess I am going to have to cough up some money and do a proper advert on one of the main Polish jobsites - so the question is, which one?

and there are a few big job websites. Which one is the best for IT? Has anyone had any experience with advertising on any of these websites?

Maybe gumtree? gumtree.pl

When I was looking for a job I used these web sites:

pracuj.pl
jobpilot.pl

and also gumtree.pl :-)

Don't they have an equivalent to reed.co.uk?

Is Reed not an agency? I would prefer to avoid using an agency and save myself the cost.

Meanwhile I have found jobs4it.pl which seems to be what I am after so will probably give them a go.

Just a jobs website, one of the largest

oh OK. When I was in IT in london the one and only site was jobserve.com, that was the site everybody used to use.

a lot of the advertisers will be agencies of course.
