Some Polish food taste good but it's making you fat. Whoever denies it is full of it. Besides if your food is so healthy then why don't you guys live longer than western Europeans or us?

Well, just like any other discussion on this forum, this one is going to end up the same way, whenever the mods ain't going to like what I say, my post will be removed to the random crap thing so let the mods argue with you about this subject. I don't guess they'll remove their own posts..

Full of Polish food. Yes. :)

Then why doesn't Poland have an obesity problem then? US and UK does. People can eat any food they like as long as they eat it in moderation. Stuff your face full of any kinds of food and it'll have an adverse effect.

Google huh? Don't rely on that fb. Polands obesity "problem" is minor, very minor, compared to that of the USA or the UK. Poland may now have more fast food outlets but let's hope they learn from the western world about what those outlets can do for you. If I had to guess, I would say Poland has about 15 to 20% of the population with obesity problem compared to, I would say well over 50% in USA or UK.

Exactly. Maybe not 100's but certainly many. ;)

you're catching up fast, don't worry.
When I was in Poland I saw warning signals all the time on TV or you want to deny it.

By the healthiest countries we took place 11, hey great, I don't even see Poland under the first 15.

To Polskadoll
According to the statistics presented here by pgtx we have about 42 mln. fat people which comparing to our population is not even close to your 50%. Read before you argue about something because it doesn't make you look very smart.

One more time, POLISH FOOD IS FAT . Taste is a different story.

I think they are plenty of Polish restaurants in locations where they can prosper. Maybe we should start to put more sugar in the food so it will become more popular. Hehehe. You know, Chinese food in America is NOTHING like what you see and eat in China. Even Italians prefer so called "their" food in America, because it was modified. So there.

The trend now is to finally feed the people with whole foods, unprocessed and that's what a real polish food is.
I say, let's keep it the way it is.

WHY SO FEW POLISH RESTAURANTS IN AMERICA?

Poles still haven't worked out any deals with the Chinese on the best way to incorporate melamine and lead paint into pierogi.
