Hello all,
I am an American man who has been dating a Polish women from Warsaw. We have been together now for close to three years. We have talked about getting married soon. Is there anywhere I can review the laws, or anything related to the matter. I have been to Poland twice and she has been to the States three times. I just finished University and now looking to be with her full time. We want to live in the States for now, because of work and all. If anyone can help it would be great. Thanks for your time.

Just marry her in the US and she should get a work permit and soon should get a green card. But it's not done automatically, so it's better if you marry her sooner than later to avoid waiting.

It's better to marry in the US.
Because, if you marry in Poland, in order for her to come to the US you will need to apply for a spousal visa which is also an immigrant visa and that takes 6-9 months where you will not be together. If she can come to the US on a tourist visa then marry her here and then file all the necessary paperwork.

I strongly suggest you get a job if you don't already have one. There are income requirements that must be met.
