Last night I had the misfortune of attending the U2 gig in Croke Park. Good night, except for the music. Three hours of Bono, the serial tax dodger, lecturing us about our obligation to the 3rd world and other tripe. God, I hate that man.
Anyway, ninety per cent of the audience where clearly foreigners. This filled me with pride, evidence that the Irish people are fed up with this pretentious little man. After talking to a few people attending the gig, I found their opinions on Ireland quite funny and interesting. Some Croatians asked me about the war in Ireland. :)
So foreigners, what is your view on Ireland?
