Polish teachers/speaking groups in London?

Howdy!

Does anyone know the best way to find a good Polish teacher in London? I've tried Gumtree but had no luck. Or groups where you can practice speaking with others? I'm at a conversational level in Polish and want to improve so any help would be much appreciated!
