sorry, I haven't noticed I need to write in English...
Question to Polish parents in Glasgow: I'm looking for a friendly school for my 9 years old child, who speaks English a little, but not a private school, some good public school, close to the city centre.

It's pretty hard to say, as previously said, it depends on which part of the center, as each school is allocated certain area's. Check the Glasgow city council website, you will find which school is nearest where you live.

I mean somewhere close to George Square and what is important for me: the school should be open and friendly both for parents and for the children; with a good, creative atmosphere. ;) thank you for any help.

Anna just google Glasgow primary schools , you will find a list. You can look at their own websites and find the ones closest, then arrange a visit, see how you like it yourself, and you can find out about how to apply, direct or through the local authority. If it's through the authority find out if the schools you want have places before you list them as choices.
