Haven't heard anything back from the online petition which closed last month I think. Have you heard anything ?

Yeah, I've been wondering about that too. The closing date was the 15th of December and the response rate was said to be encouraging. Airlines are currently considering the prospect but, as of yet, haven't given a yay or nay.

My mistake - must havce been sooner. The Inverness report was compiled in Sept as a result of the survey.
It concluded that flights may be viable.
