griff7 31 Mar 2008 / #1Hi All,Is anyone else doing this? I have just brought my UK car to Poland. I can get insurance, but I have been quoted 5500zl per year. This is double what I was paying in Uk.Does anyone know why, is my car suddenly worth twice here? Or am I classed as a dangerous driver because i'm from the Uk?Can anyone recommend a company to me? I am based in 3 City. I can use my Uk insurance here for 90 days but after that I may have to bite the bullet!Let me know please

inkrakow 1 Apr 2008 / #3I have European insurance for my UK registered LHD car in Poland because I couldn't find anyone willing to insure it at a reasonable price - Axa do both 3rd party & fully comp. I have to go back every year to get an MOT though, and pay road tax.
