It's simple - no matter what the public says, Poles will always account for a big market (both buyers and investors) and businesses like that as they can sell their products and services to Polish people.

You can open Polish language bank accounts with Natwest. Allows easy withdrawle while back in Poland for instance. Correspondence is in Polish as is telephone banking.
