i have a friend who has come to england,he speaks very little english.are there any information centres for him.he only speaks polish.

unfortunately, polish consulates/embassies suck, in whatever coutry.

Kelly, your friend obviously needs a language course first. then he'll manage finding any usefull information or whatever. I guess it's about job, isn't it?

Come down to London and spend a day in Hammersmith.... lots of shops and delis etc. No idea of their contact details and doubt that many would have their own website.
