Polish spa resorts

So, I'm off to the Baltic coast for a couple of days next week.

Planning on checking out some of the spas (especially if the weather isn't up to much). Any tips on what to expect? And what is the etiquette in saunas etc (for instance, when I've visited them in Germany and Scandinavia everyone's in the buff)?

Definitely not in the buff here. The only lips u'll see here are the stiff upper ones

It's interesting how differently we view the naked body. I was in a sauna in Aberdeen with 4 naked Russian women and thought nothing of it. The management did tho. With some gesturing, they explained that clothes were required. Spoilsports!!

Stiff upper lip? It should have been a fat lip for his meddling. They were stunning and I was young

I've never been to the saunas in Sopot myself but from what I've heard you're not allowed to get in if you're wearing a swimming suit... You need to be naked. So I guess you can't treat all the spas in Poland in the same way.

Any more tips? What do I wear to go out at night there?

Same kind of style as I'd wear in Warsaw (a slightly toned-down version of what I wear to go out in London)?

This seems like a really dim / pointless question, but I'm going to be on my own and don't want to stick out like a sore thumb LOL!!

My times in Baltic coast saunas have not involved wearing very much. In fact nothing. Which was probably a frightening experience for those in the sauna with me but never mind. I enjoyed it.

As for your dim and pointless question, I would suggest a more casual dresscode than Warsaw. Coastal is always more casual than Capital I tend to think. Plus you might well venture down to the beach for some nocturnal revalry and the Polish coast does tend to be pretty laid back
