Hi All, well, just come back from Krakow this week to a very rainy and miserable flooded out UK. Sigh.. so... planning a trip back very soon and quite fancied a couple of days in Krakow, followed by maybe a long weekend at the Polish sea. Does anyone know how easy it is to get to the coast by train from Krakow or would I be better off flying up to Gdansk and taking it from there? Also will the weather still be good around the end of August time? Thanks!

I'm sure you can take a train to Sopot, Gdansk or Kolobrzeg (wherever on the coast).

Schedules are here: rozklad.pkp.pl/bin/query.exe/en

If you take a train called Szkuner from Krakow to GdaƄsk it'll take you about 5 hours.

...7 hours, I,m afraid
