Hello everyone.
I will be in Milan, Italy for six weeks starting in June. I have weekends free, and have always wanted to visit Poland. Is it possible for me to easily travel from Milan to Poland, and if so, what is the best way? I am an American living in the Middle East, and have never been to Europe, so I really don't know how the trains, airlines, etc operate in the region.
Also, if I can spend a weekend in Poland, where should I go? I'd like to relax, and indulge in the nightlife, so I want to go somewhere to meet people and have fun.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for the help everyone. So is Krakow the best place to go for a weekend; or am I better off with Warsaw, Poznan, etc?
Krakow is a great place to go, lots of low-cost flight going to it, there's a lot to do in Krakow & the surroundings & if you ever get bored you can rent a car & drive to Prague.
