USA NEEDS TO TAX HORSEPOWER TO FORCE THE RICH TO FORK OVER FOR CREATING DEMAND, AND THEREFORE HIGH PRICES. the poor wannabees driving v8s would buclke and go to 4s. say over 145 hp, $25 per horsepower per year. $5000 or so for a (say 345 hp) mustang or camaro. a corvette driver wouldn't miss the $5000.
