Gdansk best places to stay

I am travelling to Gdansk over the winter for a break, could somebody tell me what are the best areas in Gdansk to stay and visit

depends what youre after

Ive been looking into this myself,..

Novotel Centrum for a hotel on the doorstep to the old town but there are lots of hotels to choose from

Sightseeing Gdansk in the day time and off to Sopot for the nighttime club/bar stuff.

so why not stay in sopot and save the worry and expense of getting home after partying...?

I never thought of that,.... lol

I hear there's this great little place, not far from the action on Marianna Mokwy...

Maybe BWoo knows more.

but there is a nice little place on ogrodowa - bottom on MC turn right and right again
