:) In February 2007 I visited Poland for 5 days as part of a European relations trip called the Commenius Project. I have to say it is the best trip I have ever been on in my life. I found the nicest people I have ever met, had some of the best experiences ever, and felt far more positive about other Europeans after the trip. We went to the area around Cieszyn in Poland, visited Krakow, Auschwitz and the Polish mountains. It was probably overall the best experience I have ever had. :D The scenery was absolutely beautiful, the people were lovely and the time I spent there was great. I thought I would just tell you about this great story XD About 18 or so of us went to Poland in February 2007 and stayed with Polish families and students, and Germans and Italians also took part. Also, a few weeks ago in June 2007, 10 Polish students came back to stay with us, and many Germans and a few Italians aswell. Haha I wonder if there's anyone on here that took part XD Now THAT would be funny. Hehe I met great people, and they made us feel so welcome whilst we were there. I have now vowed to go back, as I literally felt like Poland was home. I must go and see these people again and visit them as much as possible for years to come. A lot of us who went thoroughly enjoyed our time there and loved everyone, so I would just like to say, thank you Poland!!!!! :D
