Clubbing in Warsaw - will we have trouble getting into the bars?

Hi guys and gals...

I'm from Sussex, England and travelling to Warsaw on Friday for a weekend break with my girlfriend. Having never been to Poland before I'm quite excited; I've heard it's a great city. However I've also heard from some people that there can be some hostility towards Brits when it comes to the nightlife, from bouncers etc.. we're looking to go to Piekarnia on Friday night (Nick Warren!!) and was wondering if we'll be ok getting in there and other bars/clubs etc or if what I've heard is a bit of myth??

Many thanks!

You shouldn't have any trouble getting into bars at all. It's large groups of males that have the reputation and they (bouncers) probably won't be worried about a guy and his girl out together. Have a lovely time. :)

Have never had any problems getting into clubs anywhere in Poland. But I can imagine large groups / stag parties attracting some trouble.

Ennjoy!! What made you decide to visit Warsaw?
